I have used pro tyre recently to have brake pads fitted to my van in nailsea branch and my MOT in Weston super mare branch. On both occasions I received a fast, efficient service at a reasonable price from both branches. I will be using them again going forward and recommend them for other road users

Ordered tyre online as puncture in offside rear. Gent phoned me to say could I pop in later than booked as double booked. They did my tyre within the time given and I was away in no time. Good courteous staff.

Helpful and efficient
Really helpful in the telephone and then when I arrived at the location they acted promptly and took my car for investigation of the damaged tyre. They did not push for the more expensive option of replacing my damaged tyre as they advised they were able to repair it.

I had a puncture
I had a puncture, in the pouring rain last week. Garage was unable to replace it, too busy. I tried next door, also busy, similar elsewhere. I had to drive home, in the pouring rain, with a tyre that was rapidly deflating. AA changed it for me that evening, but could only put a safety tyre on. I arranged an appointment for Monday morning at 8.30 . It was some time before my tyre was replaced. The safety tyre was not replaced properly in the boot and it was left in a mess. They did check my levels, as I have a problem closing the bonnet, however it was 9.45 before I left the garage. Usually I have excellent service from Protyre, but not this time.
