Excellent staff!
The team here in Worcester are amazing. Came to the garage with a radio problem and spoke to them about just buying the car I was in. They gave it a check over and have unfortunately found issues with it. They took the time to explain the issues and were very thorough. A bit shout out to Obie, Ben, Grant and Tyler. They are all lovely guys and couldn't have done more. A credit to the company!

Great Customer Service
Used them twice in the last few days. First time called in as tyre pressure warning light had come on. They were able to fit us in and we were on our way within an hour or so with the puncture repaired. Very happy with service so booked online to have 2 tyres changed the following day. Very competitive on price and all very efficient. Will use them again.

Turned my frown upside down
I called through in a panic the day before my visit, after coming out of work to a flat tyre. This was on a new tyre fitted 4 weeks ago elsewhere, and on which I had already had to return to the original place of fitting due to issues with the other tyre they had fitted.
I called the branch at 5:20pm and spoke to Lee, who was absolutely fantastic. He told me to bring the car in for 8:30am the next day.
When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly member of staff at reception who confirmed that even though I had no official booking, they would look at both tyres for me. 30 mins later and I found out I had one faulty valve and one tyre which had not been cleaned or fitted properly, so air was escaping.
After such an awful experience elsewhere, these guys have completely reassured me. I help care for my dad who has dementia, so my car is essential to me. I would like them all to know just how much their speedy service was appreciated.
The added bonus was a report on my tyres and brakes. A recent MOT declared both items needed sorting ASAP, but the assessment shows that was not the case.
Good luck to Lee in his move to Chester as well - he will love it there!

Lovely friendly staff and great care
Daren and Ivan were amazing from start to finish. I originally went in needed my MOT and they fitted me in straight away. I then went in to have two tyres fitted. After a chaotic morning as a newborn mom, I was offered a coffee and friendly faces!

Amazing trustworthy and helpful team
I took my car in to check my battery levels and I was met with a friendly and approachable team who gave me advice on recommendations for my car which were sensible whilst also saved me money. They also went above and beyond and checked my tyres and brakes and fitted me a new sidelight without any further charge. I would highly recommend this garage. Thank you!!!

I Total Incompetence!took my vehicle in to have two front…
I took my vehicle in to have two front tyres changed having had the rear tyres changed to snow and muds a few months ago.
I have now realised that they took off the rear tyres which were new and replaced them with identical tyres. The nearly new tyres were chucked in the skip!
My appointment was booked for 10.00 but it was 10.45 before the tyre fitting started and my total wait was in excess of 1.5 hours.
I now have to go in again to have the tyres fitted which have been removed from the skip. I suppose that I will have another long wait.
The old independent business A44 Fawlty Tyres gave marvellous service. This shower do not.
