We booked in for a pre mot inspection where they carried out work to get through an mot
Then failed it at said mot a week later
Upon retest they went to a place round the corner for a 20 quid cable and tried to charge me 60 for it

I’ve used gates tyres for quite a few
I’ve used gates tyres for quite a few years in many of my cars and have never normally had an issue. I booked in to get 2 new front tyres on my car and because of where my tyres were worn I decided to pay extra to get my wheel alignment sorted. Unfortunately this has resulted in my steering wheel not being centre, so when driving in a straight line my steering wheel is off to the side. Possibly causing more wear and tear. It’s annoying that I will have to go back again to get this sorted 🫣

The technician was great all work…
The technician was great all work carried out perfectly, I did have an issue but this was sorted very quickly by customer services So excellent service all round. Tyres were supplied and and they are the cheapest around.

Slight vibration after two new front tyres were fitted
Minor shake on steering wheel when approaching 66 mph following fitting of two new front tyres.
Returned a couple of days later, wheel balance was promptly rechecked and corrected without a fuss and at no cost. Well Done to all involved for a prompt and efficient service.
