Tyre replacement.

I had the car booked in for 9.30am and did not leave until 11.30 am . Then I had to ask the reception to chase up the job. It was only changing two tyres and rear wheel alignment.

Friendly and helpful

Friendly and helpful - payment plan which was very helpful as the MOT ended up costing a lot more than expected .

Could be improved by not charging…

Could be improved by not charging customers double the price for parts found cheaper on all other parts websites. Wont be returning here.

Poor customer service, waited hrs for fitting

Twice in the past 3 weeks I’ve booked a time slot via the website to have 2 x 2tyres fitted.
On both occasions I’ve had to sit in reception for over 2 hrs to wait for fitting, despite my allocated booking slot.
The receptionist state they don’t know who is coming and have no knowledge of time slots as they are done on line.

The tyres are a good price and fitted well but the customer service was terrible with no regards for customers sat waiting for hours to have the tyres fitted.

Staff don’t seem bothered about the customers and despite complaining on-line and being told they would investigate the complaint, I’ve heard nothing in 2 weeks.

Good price, poor service and I’d rather pay a little more and have my customers appreciated
I won’t be going here again and heard other customers say the same slagging off protyre and blackcircles

I was charged £45 to get a locking…

I was charged £45 to get a locking wheel nut drilled. My van was literally away from the unit for 5 minutes where the tyres were being changed. I'd take a guess the drilling was a 2/3 minute job. I think the £45 charge for this was a bit greedy considering I was already giving them my business by having my tyres changed there.
Also, as a lot of other negative posts points out, the waiting time/appointment system is extremely poor.
