Poor service taking 2 hours to fit 2 tyres
Booked in for 1.30pm for 2 tyres fitting and I arrived at 1.15pm in plenty of time.
Job not completed until after 3.30pm so sat there for over 2 hours without any update from staff.

Satisfied but Questionable On Line Info
I got in early at my branch of Protyre and they changed four tyres in good time, however I am not happy in the way the on-line offers are portrayed, possibly devious, sharp practice. The on-line offer for the tyres I wanted was significantly cheaper than the cost at the branch and left me feeling I had been roped in to a point where it was cost of time versus cost of tyres.

I booked an appointment for 9:30am
I booked an appointment for 9:30am, arrived on time, and still had to wait until 1:00pm before my car was finished. Waiting three and a half hours despite having a booked time slot is completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the tyres were fitted incorrectly. They are asymmetric tyres, but they were installed the wrong way around, with the “Inside” side facing out. I had to return to have them corrected, and there wasn’t even an apology for the mistake.
Very poor customer service and a disappointing experience. When you’re paying good money, you expect professional workmanship and respect for your time. Unfortunately, I received neither. I won’t be using Protyre again.

Took my car up for its MOT services were excellent and fully explained to me , work was done & they were so friendly and offered me a payment option as I didn’t have the ready cash to pay at that time, as it was more work than I anticipated , but that has helped me out and the staff were brilliant and helpful

Tyre replacement.
I had the car booked in for 9.30am and did not leave until 11.30 am . Then I had to ask the reception to chase up the job. It was only changing two tyres and rear wheel alignment.

Poor customer service, waited hrs for fitting
Twice in the past 3 weeks I’ve booked a time slot via the website to have 2 x 2tyres fitted.
On both occasions I’ve had to sit in reception for over 2 hrs to wait for fitting, despite my allocated booking slot.
The receptionist state they don’t know who is coming and have no knowledge of time slots as they are done on line.
The tyres are a good price and fitted well but the customer service was terrible with no regards for customers sat waiting for hours to have the tyres fitted.
Staff don’t seem bothered about the customers and despite complaining on-line and being told they would investigate the complaint, I’ve heard nothing in 2 weeks.
Good price, poor service and I’d rather pay a little more and have my customers appreciated
I won’t be going here again and heard other customers say the same slagging off protyre and blackcircles
