Fast service! Nothing an issue always accommodate

I booked a service and MOT. I was not expecting it to pass and so it was no surprise when it didn't. It failed on some quite major faults. I left the car to be worked on and picked it up the next day. I was really worried about how much it was going to cost, but I was pleasantly surprised how reasonable it was. I was kept informed of the progress throughout. I cannot fault the service I received and would recommend Protyre Workington to anyone

Took my daughters car in for MOT and it failed on a few dangerous items. Got a call and was quoted a very reasonable amount. Gave the go ahead and was told they would try and get it completed on the same day. And wasn't disappointed, got a call about 4 hours later saying to collect the car in approximately half hour. So grateful to jess and her team and very reliving to know my daughter is driving around in a very safe vehicle now.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tyres were changed in no time at all. Very grateful

I was really shocked when told what the car failed on and like I explained how I don't get out often but to be notified of the damage that the potholes did to my car I was just glad get it seen to 5week before it's MOT was due as most garages are fully booked up usually for March

My car was collected and returned to me as l am unable to drive just now. It was no big deal and done with polite efficiency. When brought back to me the paperwork and receipt were handed to me at the door. I was kept informed at all stages too. A job well done.

The people on the reception desk are always polite and helpful.
My car was booked in for the next day and the work was done that day with no delays.
However, I am always phoned before any work is done and prices are given so that I can make decisions.

My first experience with this garage and will definitely be my last,for this business to get any better,the manager should be removed,absolutely vile,her attitude is disgusting,and all because we questioned the bill, and then to turn it around on us was laughable,then refusing to let us pay the extortinate bill and calling the police,totally refused to take payment,saying it was in the hands of the police,we had to leave without paying,so now waiting on a visit from the police which i 100% welcome,hopefully it wasnt another lie when she said its all on cctv, as this will only be to our advantage,she should not be in a front counter position dealing with customers

Have been a customer for the last couple of years. I keep going back. Staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. Prices are reasonable for today's expectations.

In my experience with them, they've been honest and straightforward.

They'll explain what needs replaced, and (more importantly nowadays) what doesn't need replaced; at least not just for the sake of it. Which is nice 👍🏻

My daughter had a flat tyre at 5 pm and needed to drive 30 miles home. Even though they were very busy, when I told them that we needed to get home they were able to fix my tyre that evening. thanks very much, great customer service.
