PU prime is excellent in service and…

PU prime is excellent in service and response.
However there are concerns regarding those who are using its platform to conduct fraudulent activities. PMM is one of them. I relied on PU Prime and invested £500 but on the second day my money was gone. In the account it was displaying '0' fund. Dont k ow who to ask and how to request for refund.
PU prime please help me get my money back.

⚠️ Warning – My experience with PU Prime

My experience with PU Prime has been extremely disappointing.

After trading normally and closing all positions without any issues, a significant amount was deducted from my account without prior notice.

What is concerning is the inconsistency in their explanations. Initially, I was told it was related to bonus terms. Later, the justification was changed to “Gap Trading.” This raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness.

At no point during trading was I warned that my activity was not allowed. Everything was executed normally on the platform.

Only after I made profits, the funds were adjusted.

I have contacted support multiple times and sent over 30 emails, but I have not received a clear or consistent explanation.

I have now escalated this case to the Financial Commission and I am in the process of submitting complaints to other financial authorities.

I strongly advise traders to be cautious and to fully understand how such internal policies may be applied.

All my evidence is documented, including emails, account history, and transaction records.

I will continue to pursue this matter until it is resolved

Terrible broker to use

Terrible broker to use. I deposit money okay which at first my account got liquidated due to terrible signal groups. I top up my account and it says i need to cover up my deposit bonus due to being liquidated the first time and i was -60 in equity. I made back 40 so i was at - 20 and then i top up my account again to get rid of the - equitu and now £100 pound of mine gone down the drain as they resetted.

I wouldnt have even used them in the first place if this was the case

Block my account and hold Withdraw

Hi My name is Yogesh. I recently open account on PU Prime. I starting i am in loss but when i make a profit the broker block my account and add into blacklist. I means what it is. They didn’t give me any clear explanation of blocking my account and the behaviour of there team is too rude. I contact with account manager and he is too rude and ignoring my message her name is Eman. It’s look like when you are lossing money it’s ok but when you make profit they give you such kind of flawless reasons and block you. I recommend others not to work with them. There are many other brokers in market. Very bad Pu Prime i want my funds to be release.

1 Stern – Absolute Warnung vor diesem Broker



Ich kann nur dringend davor warnen, Geld bei PU Prime einzuzahlen.

Ich habe am 02.03.2026 einen Betrag von 1.000 € auf die von PU Prime angegebene IBAN überwiesen. Laut meiner Bank ist das Geld nachweislich beim Empfänger angekommen. Ein Rückruf der Überweisung wurde jedoch vom Empfänger abgelehnt, und das Geld ist laut Bank „nicht mehr verfügbar“.

PU Prime behauptet jedoch, die Einzahlung sei „gescheitert“ bzw. nicht angekommen.

Das widerspricht eindeutig den nachweislichen schriftlichen Fakten meiner Bank.

Für mich ist das ein massiver Vertrauensbruch und absolut inakzeptabel.

Besonders kritisch:

Einzahlung wird als „fehlgeschlagen“ dargestellt, obwohl das Geld angekommen ist
Rücküberweisung wird aktiv verhindert bzw. von PuPrime abgelehnt.
Support reagiert nur mit Standardantworten ohne echte Klärung

Ich habe außerdem gesehen, dass ein anderer Nutzer auf Trustpilot genau das gleiche Problem beschreibt. Das lässt vermuten, dass es sich nicht um einen Einzelfall handelt.

Meine klare Meinung:
Finger weg von diesem Anbieter – das Risiko, sein Geld zu verlieren, ist aus meiner Sicht sehr hoch.

I strongly advise against depositing any money with PU Prime.

On March 2, 2026, I transferred 1,000 EUR to the IBAN provided by PU Prime. My bank has officially confirmed that the funds were successfully received by the beneficiary. A recall request was initiated, but it was rejected by the recipient, and the funds are now reported as “no longer available.”

Despite these clear facts, PU Prime claims that the deposit has “failed” or was not received.

This directly contradicts the official written confirmation from my bank.

In my view, this is a serious breach of trust and completely unacceptable.

Major concerns:

The deposit is described as “failed” even though the money was received
A refund was actively rejected by the recipient
Customer support only provides generic responses without any real clarification

I have also found that another user on Trustpilot describes the exact same issue, which suggests this is not an isolated case.

My conclusion:
Stay away from this company – the risk of losing your money is extremely high.

Update:
It has now been more than two weeks since this issue began and despite being informed that my case is “under investigation,” I have still not received any concrete update, explanation, or timeline for resolution.
PU Prime initially acknowledged the matter and stated that it had been escalated, but since then, there has been no meaningful communication or progress shared with me.
Given the significant amount involved (approximately €138,000), this prolonged lack of transparency and responsiveness is extremely concerning.
I have made multiple formal requests for:
• A detailed breakdown of the trades considered non-compliant
• A clear justification for the full cancellation of my profits
• An update on the status of their investigation
To date, none of these have been provided.
At this stage, I am left with no choice but to continue documenting this situation publicly and to consider further escalation.
I remain open to resolving this matter amicably and will update this review should PU Prime provide a clear and fair resolution.

Despite multiple attempts to contact your team, I have not received any meaningful response or update regarding my case. This level of silence is unacceptable for a regulated broker.
I kindly request an immediate update on:
The status of my account investigation
The reason for the restriction
The timeline for resolving my withdrawal request
Please note that if I do not receive a clear response within 48 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the relevant financial regulatory authorities and publicly report the issue.

This is a terrible experience, even with the Pu Prime team on this site. It seems they've stopped responding for the past five months. I demand the return of my $1193.10, which was confiscated due to profit-taking. Yes, due to profit-taking, and the account managers keep repeating the same excuses daily. Don't tell me to contact the trading team or anyone else. I've sent over 170 emails since December, but I'm not someone who just lets my money go. I'm after you until I get every last cent of my $1193.10 back. I have all the proof. Aren't you ashamed?

Cancelation of plan 😭

I started planning to trade in pu prime and now when I look at the reviews of the broker my all trust is gone . Bad!

My experience with PU Prime has been extremely frustrating, especially regarding withdrawals and account verification.

Although my account was already verified for both proof of identity and proof of address, my withdrawal attempts were repeatedly blocked.

Communication from support was often confusing and inconsistent, with different instructions given at different times.

While trading itself works, the withdrawal and verification procedures need significant improvement in clarity, consistency, and customer support communication.

I hope PU Prime improves transparency and simplifies its withdrawal process for future clients.

Sebbene la parte di trading funzioni, le procedure di prelievo e verifica necessitano di un significativo miglioramento in termini di chiarezza, coerenza e comunicazione con il cliente.

⚠️ SCAM ALERT: PU PRIME IS A FRAUD BROKER STEALING PROFITS WORLDWIDE!

UPDATE (EXPOSING BROKER'S CONTRADICTION):
PU Prime just replied here claiming it was an "Automatic Stop-out." However, in their initial emails to me, they formally stated that the account was closed via a manual "Bulk Close" by the user. Why are you changing your story now?
My MT5 Journal Logs (already provided to your team) clearly show the status as "Stop Out" accompanied by "[No money]" errors, despite my account having $134.16 in running profit. This proves it was a technical server failure, not a manual action or market volatility.
I have now verified my identity and logs with Trustpilot. I will not stop until my funds are restored. Next stop: Forex Peace Army (FPA) scam case and a video exposé on social media.

DO NOT TRUST PU PRIME! They are a scam broker that steals profits from successful traders. I am a professional trader, and they liquidated my accounts (14044916 & 14044901) while I was in a RUNNING PROFIT of $134.16 with positive equity.
​When I caught them with technical proof, they started lying! They claimed I did a "Bulk Close," but my Terminal Journal Logs clearly show the status as "STOP OUT". They are providing false information to hide their systemic execution failures and server lags during news events.
​This broker is intentionally wiping out accounts that make money. They think they can get away with it because the amount is small, but they are doing this to thousands of traders worldwide.
​I have undeniable evidence:
​Screenshots showing $134.16 profit at the time of the crash.
​Journal logs showing "Stop Out" (NOT manual close).
​Evidence of massive server lag (high ping) during the incident.
​I have reported this fraud to FSA Seychelles and will continue to expose them on every social media platform and trading forum until my funds are returned. PU Prime is NOT a safe place for your capital. THEY ARE THIEVES!.

I have been trading with this company since November 2025 (UID: 1354710), and my experience has recently become extremely disappointing.

While earlier withdrawals were processed without issues, over the past few months my withdrawal requests have been repeatedly rejected without any clear explanation. This lack of transparency is very concerning for any trader.

What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. My Relationship Manager has been unresponsive for over three months despite multiple follow-ups. For a company that claims to operate under regulatory oversight, this level of support is simply unacceptable.

Delays in withdrawals, combined with poor customer service, raise serious concerns about reliability and trust. As a client, access to your own funds should never become this difficult.

I sincerely hope the company addresses these issues promptly and improves both its withdrawal process and customer support standards.

I am sharing my experience with Pu prime

I am sharing my experience with PU Prime regarding a serious issue with fund withdrawal.

I deposited USD 600 from my personal bank account and traded normally. My account balance reached approximately USD 1600. After this, my account was suddenly terminated with allegations of “arbitrage trading.”

I did not use any bonuses, did not engage in fraud, and all funds were deposited from my own bank account.

PU Prime did not provide any specific evidence to support their claim (such as trade IDs, execution logs, or price discrepancies). Despite multiple requests, no detailed explanation has been given.

Following my complaint, they returned only USD 300 and have withheld the remaining USD 1300 without justification.

My case was escalated internally, and I was told an account manager would contact me, but I have received no response since.

I have now escalated the matter to the Financial Commission and am pursuing a payment dispute through my bank.

I am still open to resolving this matter and request that PU Prime provide evidence for their claims or return the remaining funds.

I will update this review if the situation is resolved.

Unfounded arbitrage accusations

Terrible experience with PU Prime. After consistently generating profits, the broker decided to wipe the earnings from my account, accusing me of "arbitrage." No technical evidence of these violations was provided. The broker appears to be happy to accept deposits, but when a trader makes successful trades, they use shady contractual clauses to avoid paying. I highly recommend this broker to anyone seeking transparency and reliability. If you're making money, you'll find an excuse not to give them your money.

Furthermore there are still some fuds on the account that are rightfully mine and they do not allow me to withdraw them!
If i did not manage to withdraw within the next 48 hours i Will also proceed with a chargeback with my bank
