Bad experience

I had a very concerning experience with PU Prime.

After trading normally and making profits, I requested a withdrawal. Suddenly, my account was placed under review.

Later, they returned only my initial deposit but confiscated around $2166 of my profits without providing any clear or valid reason.

There was no proper explanation or evidence of any violation. My account was only restricted after I became profitable.

This raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency.

I expect:
- Full return of my profits
- Clear explanation
- Fair treatment

Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this broker

A formal complaint has now been published on ForexPeaceArmy. I am waiting for a fair resolution.

PU Prime deducted my funds without explanation and blocked withdrawal

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with PU Prime.

My account (ID: 27030038) was suddenly restricted, and I was unable to withdraw my funds. On top of that, they deducted $780.87 from my balance under “Cash Adjustment - PNL” without providing any clear explanation or evidence.

I have NOT engaged in any prohibited activities such as arbitrage, bonus abuse, or fraudulent trading. All my trades were normal and executed under market conditions.

I contacted their support team multiple times, but I either received generic responses or no response at all. This lack of transparency and communication is very concerning.

At this point:

* My funds are being withheld
* No proper justification has been given
* No resolution timeline has been provided

I have now escalated this matter to financial regulators and will continue to pursue it until my funds are returned.

I strongly advise other traders to be cautious when dealing with PU Prime.

If PU Prime is reading this, I request you to resolve this issue immediately and release my funds.

suspicious transactions in copytrade accounts

I would like to file a complaint regarding my copytrade account, which experienced a margin call today. I followed the OV6 MrK 2208 strategy with my last capital of $4,200. The strategy provider, OV6 MrK 2208, informed me that his account had been suspended/closed on PUPrime copytrade since March 23rd due to is issues with the PUPrime copytrade service. However, why were there still transactions taking place up until march 26th? and suddenly today my account was subject to a margin call? I feel my account has been cheated. I would like to request an explanation from PUPrime and a refund of my balance, as this is clearly fraudulent. PUPrime team, please contact me!

SCAM: Manual Profit Deletion - March 24-25 (Account 17533221)


I am reporting PU Prime for blatant market manipulation. During the night of March 24-25, 2026, while the market was officially CLOSED, this broker manually wiped out a profit of over $3,180.00 from my account (ID: 17533221).
They sent me a template email claiming a "Stop-out at 20% margin". This is a MATHEMATICAL LIE. I held SELL positions on Gold (XAUUSD), and the market price dropped from 4505 to 4462. On a SELL position, a price drop INCREASES equity. It is impossible to be "stopped out" when the trade is moving in your favor!
I have timestamped screenshots from March 24th, 23:24 (Market Closed), showing:
1. My account in PROFIT (+$3,180+).
2. A healthy 121.35% Margin Level.
3. Positions being deleted while the terminal was frozen.
TO PU PRIME: Restore my funds immediately. I have all the visual evidence of your manual interference. I have already filed a dispute with FSA Seychelles (SD050).
TRADERS BEWARE: They will delete your profits!
I wrote a request to your address on 25.03.2026 with the following content, to which I attached a screenshot of the closing price at 23:06 and the corrected price by +77 points at 23:24! So far I have not received any explanation for what happened

I would like clarification on the following points:
1. How is it possible for XAUUSD prices to move significantly while the market is closed?
2. Was this price derived from a live liquidity provider, or is it an indicative/internal price?
3. Why did this price movement impact my floating PnL during a period when trading was not active?
4. Please provide the tick data for XAUUSD around 23:24 (server time and GMT for reference).
5. Does PU Prime apply widened spreads or internal pricing models during rollover/market closure periods?

Given the magnitude of the movement, I would also like confirmation whether this price was reflected across your liquidity providers or if it was specific to your platform.

They refused my withdrawal requests for…

I have used PU Prime for some time and was able to deposit and withdraw successfully in the past, which initially built trust in the platform.
Recently, I deposited $600 CAD and traded gold (XAUUSD), growing my account to around $3100 CAD. When I attempted to withdraw these funds, all my withdrawal requests were rejected with the message “Rejected WR Blacklist by Risk.”
Shortly after, I received an email stating that my account was being terminated due to alleged violations of their agreement. Following this, most of my funds were removed from my account under “bonus adjustment,” leaving only $145 CAD, and I am now no longer allowed to trade or access my funds.
What is most concerning is that no specific trades or clear evidence were provided to justify these actions. The explanations were vague, and support responses were slow and unhelpful.
Overall, while my earlier experience with deposits and withdrawals was smooth, this situation raises serious concerns about consistency, transparency, and fund security. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, especially when trading larger amounts or attempting to withdraw profits.

Withdrawal issues serious

I am very disappointed with my experience with PU Prime.

I had a total withdrawal amount of $339.54, which is currently being withheld by the broker. After submitting my withdrawal request, I was informed that my profits were classified as “illegal” and related to “bonus abuse,” which I strongly disagree with.

I have traded in good faith and followed the platform rules to the best of my knowledge. At no point was I clearly informed that my trading activity would violate any terms. It is unfair to deny withdrawals after allowing trading and profits to be generated.

Restricting my account and blocking withdrawals without transparent and clear justification raises serious concerns about trust and reliability.

I am extremely disappointed with PU Prime. I had 200 USD in my account and I requested a withdrawal of 101 USD. Not only was my withdrawal rejected without any valid reason, but two days later, they removed my entire remaining balance of 200 USD under the name of "Cash Adjustment."
​My account balance is now 0.00 without my consent or any trading violation. My account manager, Praveen, was unhelpful and simply said nothing could be done. This is highly unprofessional and feels like a scam to hold onto client funds.

Pu Prime does not honor their word

Please read my previous review for this broker published 28/02/2026

So after my review, Pu Prime answered with a bunch of generic words and stated they cannot discuss these matters in an online forum. How convenient!!

My account manager also answered back to me after I sent them the review I posted in trust pilot.

And get this, on 4th of March they emailed me back: "We are pleased to inform you that the withdrawal restriction has now been successfully lifted. You may proceed with your withdrawal request." But they never lifted the restriction. I kept sending them emails and one time they said "It's Chinese New Year, give us time". Give time for what? to click a button?

And here comes the most important part. They VOIDED all my balance today 16/03/2026. After they said they will allow me to withdraw my funds!!!

Stay away from this broker guys. They do not honor their words, they do whatever they want with your money.

As for me: I updated my case with the ASIC regulator. Hopefully they can sort it out.

I want to share my experience with PU…scamming me without clear case they took my money

I want to share my experience with PU Prime so other traders are aware.

I deposited money into my trading account and traded normally on the platform. My deposits were:

• $51.50
• $101.00

After trading, my account balance reached **$226.00**. Later, without any clear explanation, PU Prime made a **manual “Cash Adjustment PNL” of -$197.45**, leaving only **$28.55** in the account.

I contacted their support multiple times asking for:

* A detailed explanation of the deduction
* The specific trades that supposedly used my deposit
* The exact Terms & Conditions clause that justified removing the funds

However, I only received a general response saying that my funds were “utilized through trading activity,” even though the account statement clearly shows a **manual cash adjustment**, not normal trading losses.

At this point, I am still requesting:

1. A full transaction-level audit of my account.
2. A clear explanation of why $197.45 was deducted.
3. The return of any incorrectly deducted deposited funds.

I hope PU Prime reviews this case transparently and resolves the issue fairly. I am still open to a professional resolution.

And in the mean time anyone should avoid this broker

There is a lot wrong with this broker

Firstly you are not UK regulated, the data you advertise for traders is false and misleading and not accurate you should not be offering a copy service with false stats. And also let traders delete previous history of losses.

There is a lot wrong with this broker, firstly if you live in the Uk they are not UK regulated! Big red flag, then I was introduced to this broker by a trader that offers copy trading started ok but alarm bells started when the trader I was following started placing unprofessional trades it was like they were trying to lose your money!? I quickly withdrew my profits and sat back watching this trader then blew the account with a lot of followers followed by another set up they were selling then setting up other copy trade accounts these appeared to pick up new investors then blow there money ! With this I thought I would try one of there other copy traders and see how this went I picked this based on the stats that Pu were providing which was small profits Dailey with records of steady gains over the last 6 months with minimal drawdowns that night the money I invested was blown ! Unreal because the stats PU prime were still advertising stated there was no big drawdown and profit was made that night! Absolute lies. It also appears that when an affiliat/ copy traders blows and account after a while they wipe it off the system for example DOT and DTM allowing these people to just carry on setting up new accounts and scamming people. When I spoke to Pu prime that stated a professional had looked in this that there was nothing untoward?? I’m pretty sure PU prime is as much a scam as the affiliates that use it steer clear

ACCOUNT #26550253- They took my account and my money ($772.73)

Update:

This is a verified account (#26550253). Do not claim you cannot find me. I have sent multiple emails from my registered address to the exact addresses you just listed in your reply and I have been completely ignored since March 11, 2026.

I have already provided my account details in a Formal Appeal and a Final Notice. You are withholding $772.73 of my capital without providing a single shred of evidence regarding a TOS violation.

To other users: Notice how they respond to public reviews within 2 days but ignore formal internal appeals for over a week? That tells you everything you need to know about their "commitment to transparency." I have now escalated this to a formal dispute with The Financial Commission. Release my funds immediately.

My Original Review:

My account was suddenly terminated despite me following all terms and conditions. Even worse, the company is currently withholding $772.73 of my own funds without any specific explanation or proof of violation. I have reached out to support and received no helpful response. At this point, they are effectively holding my money hostage. I strongly advise others to be careful your funds and capital are not secure here. I expect an immediate response and the release of my balance. This is incredibly unprofessional and likely illegal. I’ve done nothing wrong and just want my money back. I have filed a formal appeal and am waiting for a resolution.
