We're very happy with the harness we purchased. We actually had to purchase two. We left our 1-year-old cocker spaniel home alone on the very same day it arrived, and he pulled it down from its hook and chewed off the hard plastic fastener. He's a master chewer. But after just one walk, we could tell it was the Cadillac of harnesses, so we re-ordered another right away. It's very sturdy and fits well. I feel confident Toffee can't wiggle his way out of it. We're keeping it safely out of his reach, and if he ever manages to wear it out, we'll be purchasing another!

I have a dachshund and it can be difficult to get a correct fit. I ordered the size that the site suggested. And it fit perfectly. Very easy to get on and off. I got it personalized with my pups name. He doesn't fight me when it is time to put it on.

I purchased a large harness because my dog is 50 lbs. The snap was faulty and kept opening and my dog got loose. The harness straps never stayed tight so the harness kept shifting. I paid 10 dollars to get a replacement medium and that was one inch too tight so I can’t buckle it. All in all this harness is terrible. I threw away 50 dollars on these harnesses.

company is non responsive about my order. Received confirmation but items never shipped nor was I given updates. I am afraid this is a scam. cannot get anyone to contact me and have emailed support my credit card has been charged 12/29/2021

finally got an email response that my item shipped a few days ago... so we'll see if we receive what was ordered

I have a huge Rottie and very few sellers have a harness that large. The one I received not only fit perfectly but was very thick and padded. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Ordered a harness for my sons golden.
It either got lost or stolen.
Jessica was very helpful and they are sending me another one to replace that one. That’s customer service !!!!

The harness slides on and off easily. My dog is an escape artist, so for extra security I loop the leash around the large buckle and attach to a neck collar. So far it's worked well. I paid extra for the embossed name. Instead of the name being directly embossed, it's a panel that attaches with velcro--functional, but not as nice as a directly embossed name. Overall I (and my dog) are very happy with this purchase.

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AND NOW BEING IGNORED
I ordered a collar mid august and received a tracking number in a timely manor. After two weeks, the tracking number still said that ups was waiting for the item from the company. I reached out and PC said my item was lost in the mail- but according to ups, it ever made it to their facility. PC told me they would send out another right away. And gave me a $10 gift card for my next purchase.
Same result. Tracking number for an item that UPS is still waiting to receive. The company has now ignored multiple emails and refuses to communicate with me. Therefore I cannot get a refund and I never received the purchase item. It’s now too late to dispute the charge through my bank so I’m out.
Searching about this company I’ve now seen others saying they never received their orders or refunds as well. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

From the beginning, I was very happy with everything. From the selection, ordering, and confirmation.
I once had to email customer service because I was concerned about not getting a tracking number. They got back to me right away with the tracking number. I appreciate that in a business.
I didn’t feel like a number. I felt like a valued customer.
The collar is perfect! Well made, and just as special as Murphy is!

The harness I received is perfect for my puppy. It is so much easier to put on than the one I had previously. It is sturdy and well made and fits him perfectly. Love it!

I’ve bought probably 10 harnesses for my girl and all of them seemed so uncomfortable for her. Your harness is so easy to put on and it doesn’t move all over the place.

I bought a harness for my dog and it didn't fit correctly even though my dog was in the middle of the measurement chart. It kept opening on its own and my dog was able to escape. I wrote to the company and they said they would replace it with a smaller size since it was satisfaction guaranteed. They said they would get back to me. I never heard from them again. They lie! Don't buy from them.

Ordered a harness for our dog. Received a tracking number. It has been transit for over a week, from Grapevine, TX to Schertz, TX has not gone anywhere since Dec. 6. I don't recommend these people.

great product..trying to reach someone was a problem,no phone number listed any where,chat ,tried all day to chat no ans..the next day i received a message,all worked out in the end .walking vest for a 10lb dog,too small for name and number..love it..ken

No way to contact Pups Closet re problems or returns. They provide no return address or phone number, and I believe this is intentional. They have 'Chatra' listed as an online virtual assist but the site is not manned. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I was very pleased with my purchase. The halter fit perfectly. It was spot on according to the size chart. I will order from them again!

I wasn't sure that these harnesses and leashes were as good as advertised but I really needed something better than what I had. My golden retrievers were pulling me so hard that they hurt me several times. So I took a chance on these and hoped that my $120 would pay off.
I am VERY pleased with the quality of these products and they are easy to put on and off. I am much more in control of my strong dogs and feel more secure walking them. They still want to chase other dogs but are less likely to pull me to the ground when they try! The only change I would make is to have the leashes 6-12" longer.
Worth the money! :)

I am very pleased with the harness I ordered and find the workmanship and appearance very nice. USPS service caused a longer wait than I would have liked, but I knew that could happen. My dog seems comfortable in the harness and it is a breeze putting on and taking off.
