Staff member Mark Owen was very helpful and as I explained my situation, Mark gave me a call back and talked me through everything. He made me feel at ease. We did have a good laugh at his name though. Im so happy and relaxed knowing that my funeral plan is set up and secure. Thankyou pure cremation and Mark.

I sadly lost my mum in December 2024 and as she had done a pure cremation I found myself completely clueless as to what the next steps were, I contacted them and was immediately met with a sincere, genuine person, her name was Lisa Tipton. I honestly cannot put into words how supportive this woman was, I often offloaded my feelings of sadness on her and not once did she make me feel like I was a burden.
On the 5th June 2026, I suddenly and unexpectedly lost my dad, again he had done a pure cremation, there was no one I wanted to sort out dad’s than Lisa and again, she did not disappoint, she really is a truly incredible genuine woman and I would highly recommend her to anyone, she is a true asset to this company. Thank you so much Lisa Tipton for helping me navigate through these challenging and sad times, you are amazing.

Quick and easy to start up and paying upfront saves money which is good idea.leaving more money for the future.The only thing that bothers me is of what is the reason for the newsletter being sent by email?

I done one for my mother in law who had passed away quickly and when I called pure cremation they were so caring and very respectful and understanding and they explained everything to me very clearly and they helped me to understand everything and they also made it so easy and then a couple of days later my father in law asked me to arrange one for him also he wanted everything sorted out so it was not left to his son to do and when I called them up again they made it so simple and everything was done in 15 minutes

Well can’t say very much I’ve only been with pure cremation a month can’t really give honest opinion yet but the. service and intro to my application was excellent,and very informative and hope it continues even before and after my departure thank you.
