From start to finish very easy to complete.

I am so relieved I eventually purchased a Pure Cremation Funeral Plan. My main reason is my husband passed away March 2022 and and prior to his passing he chose Pure Cremation for his Funeral which he had previously paid for and we had no extras to pay. He was considerably and carefully cared for. After his cremation his ashes was delivered to me.
As family members we had a discussion that I should contact Pure Cremation as they are a trustworthy company, instead of one of the local and expensive Crematorium.
The first call I made to The Pure Crematorium,I spoke with Sherpa who was welcoming, understanding and very knowledgeable. We had a good chat and he explained the features of the Pure Cremation. I have spoken to other members of the team and they are all very pleasant, polite, dedicated to supplying the best standard of exceptional services. They are efficient and professional in their team work.
I have been sent copies of the Pure Cremation, Important documents and my plan details etc. They make very interesting reading.
My Funeral Plan includes everything needed for a dignified dedicated and respectful funeral. There's nothing else we need to do except for organising mine and their wishes which should be passed unto the Cremation Team.
I am aware Pure Cremation is Britain's most chosen Funeral Provider, and the only Provider of Pure Cremation. I'm happy with that.
I have had a wonderful experience communicating with Customer service, all the other team members and reading through the documents I have been sent.
There are different ways of paying for ones Funeral Plan. I chose the Single Payment method which means I pay for my Plan immediately. I prefer to make one payment rather than monthly lest I forget. I'm happy with that. This payment will be kept by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
When I pass away I will be collected from anywhere in Mainland Britain and be taken into care and the funeral will be arranged.
After my cremation my ashes will be delivered to my Son or daughter in an Urn with a unique ceramic identification disc.

Uncomplicated, no fuss easy to use.

The service I received was outstanding. The staff were friendly and accommodating and helped me with a problem I was having with the website.

Everything was fine with arranging the cremation, however when my Mum's ashes were returned to us, her wedding ring was not with them. We had mentioned a number of times she was wearing her ring and we would like it back, Pure Cremation had confirmed the ring was with her when she arrived in their care.

I am not sure why the ring wasn't returned with her ashes and unfortunately it took a number of phone calls to confirm that someone knew where her ring was and they arranged for it to arrive by post the next day (which it did).

This was very distressing and I felt no-one I spoke to was confident in where the ring was or if they even had it. Despite them having the ring, they had not made any attempt to return it to us earlier and I worry if we had not asked for it back it may have remained in their safe indefinitely.

I think this part of their procedures needs to be looked into to make the process for returning valuables clearer and less risky, with how they will be returned being explained to customers.

I sadly lost my mum in December 2024 and as she had done a pure cremation I found myself completely clueless as to what the next steps were, I contacted them and was immediately met with a sincere, genuine person, her name was Lisa Tipton. I honestly cannot put into words how supportive this woman was, I often offloaded my feelings of sadness on her and not once did she make me feel like I was a burden.
On the 5th June 2026, I suddenly and unexpectedly lost my dad, again he had done a pure cremation, there was no one I wanted to sort out dad’s than Lisa and again, she did not disappoint, she really is a truly incredible genuine woman and I would highly recommend her to anyone, she is a true asset to this company. Thank you so much Lisa Tipton for helping me navigate through these challenging and sad times, you are amazing.
