Very professional service received from start to finish with very polite and talented fitting by Jake.
This is the second time I have used purely shutters and a great job was completed at a great price too !

Really delighted with our shutters. We opted for the MDF and the quality is fantastic. I ordered 5nr shutters and 2nr blinds and think i need to shutter the rest of the house now!

We were recommended by a friend to use Purely Shutters, (they had also been recommended to use them) and we have been so pleased with the service and the product.
The whole process was friendly and helpful, from the initial meet with Sam to discuss our options, to the measuring up at our new property.
The shutters were fitted within the timescale advised, and installation was completed by a friendly man, who was polite and tidy. Afterwards he went through some of the features of the shutters.
4 months later we are so pleased with them, we have just ordered another!
I would highly recommend Purely Shutters Ltd to anyone, as we have been so impressed.

I ordered shutters for my living room approx 1.5 years and ago and loved them. At that time we had a few companies quote and Purely Shutters were by far the most professional and best value. We have now re ordered shutters for four more windows in the house and Ralph was extremely polite and professional when measuring up. We are looking forward to our new shutters being delivered and installed and will no doubt return when our Bathroom has been updated for another window!

From Kirsty coming to measure, through keeping us informed during delays because of Covid 19 and Ben coming to fit them cleanly and with excellent ability. Start to finish excellent service and excellent quality product. Would recommend.

Our new shutters (installed today) are fabulous! They have finished our newly decorated lounge and now it’s a relaxing, private space. We are delighted.
The service has been great, we had to wait a while for installation due to the COVID-19 restrictions but they were worth the wait.
We are now hoping to get more for our dining room!
Highly recommended.

I wanted to share what wonderful ongoing service and what a quality product we have received from Purely Shutters over the years!
We have beautiful white wooden shutters that are now 6 years old and still look great!!!
We have since requested a few spares for the hinges and again, the service has been faultless.
Would highly recommend!

Excellent service. Right from getting a technician to measure and advise on choice of shutters, right down to a quick fitting duo that had all shutters on 3 floors done in less than 3 hours.
There was a misfit in a large bay window but the company made a later date to fit it, and only then did they charge me for it.
The shutters are absolutely fabulous and have transformed my home into a calm, neat space.
Edit - the misfit in the bay window was not that obvious, and it's their own staff who pointed this out to me. I like perfectionism in service delivery and this company is impeccable.

My plantation shutters from this company are fabulous. Not only smart, always getting positive comments from visitors, but very versatile. They help keep me warm in winter and cool in summer. With tier on tier I can close shutters in variety of combinations depending on need for privacy or glare from the sun. I loved them so much I've now ordered more shutters for my new home. I received excellent service, both from Sue,who came out to discuss options, and from the fitting engineer. I love my shutters. Beautiful!

We had already had shutters from Purely Shutters so knew exactly who to contact when we decided we wanted some more. Just had Sue come and measure up for us what a really lovely woman she is and gave good advice when asking for her opinion on style etc. Looking forward to them being fitted now.

We can thoroughly recommend Purely Shutters. Excellent from the beginning to the end. Sue was very pleasant and helpful when she called for measurements and quote. The Fitter really knew his job and did an excellent job. We had shutters first fitted three years ago when we moved to our new house. We are very pleased with them and we are having some more fitted.

I am over the moon with my beautiful plantation shutters fitted in my bedroom and lounge bay windows. Expertly fitted and incredible customer service. The fitters were immaculate and cleared up after themselves, a truly wonderful experience from a professional, hard working company.

I have now had 3 rooms fitted with Purely shutters and cannot fault them at all.

From Kirsty who came to measure and order, to the admin team to update on progress and book installation and of cause the fitters who installed on the agreed date.

All communications were friendly and polite. I had a slight issue on the first instal due to my very wonky recess, all of which was dealt with swiftly and professionally.

They all look fantastic and really finish the rooms to a high standard. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Shutters. This the the second time we have had them fitted as we moved house shortly after the last lot and I knew I wanted them again.
They look stunning from the inside and the outside and finish the rooms and the overall look of the house beautifully not to mention their effectiveness at keeping out the light and keeping IN the heat!
Always will recommend them - no complaints!
