So pleased with my shutters for our conservatory. Collette who visited to measure up was very professional and explained all the different types of shutters and styles available. A comprehensive quote was provided and there was no pressure to buy. After placing the order, Purely Shutters kept in contact with progress on a delivery and fitting date. The fitter arrived on time, fitted the shutters no problem, cleaned around and left within a couple of hours. Very courteous and respectful of his surroundings. In all, excellent service and the shutters are stunning. So much so that I have just ordered some more and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful, I can’t believe how much they have transformed our bungalow. We have a bay window and we really didn’t think we would get any to fit, how wrong we were they are stunning.
I didn’t take the name of the man who fitted them, I would just like to say he was very polite and left no mess.
We couldn’t be happier.

We found this company a few years ago via google and haven't looked back. We started by ordering shutters for our spare room and now have them in the living room, dining room and two bedrooms. We are gradually working our way through the house. The service is excellent and staff are knowledgeable and have the personal touch. The products are stunning and have made a huge difference to our home. Lots of people compliment us on them and recently a few friends have also tried this company.

We have used Purely Shutters 4 times over the past 10 years when Kirsty came out to measure up for our lounge window. I have been hooked since then. The difference they make to a room is unbelievable. We now have them in all the bedrooms and bathrooms and I wouldn't have anything else.

The past 2 times I have dealt with Sue who is efficient, knowledgeable and obviously passionate about the product. The quality of the craftsmanship is 100% I cannot recommend Purely Shutters enough!

Great experience from arranging the initial visit through to the fitting of the shutters at my mothers house. A tricky bay window and hallway window have transformed the two rooms into a much more light and inviting space.
Competitive pricing with a clear and accurate scale and lead time expectation.
I have placed an secondary order for four windows in my house and would heartily recommend this company to anyone.

I had all my windows fitted with shutters,having seen them in a friends house. I opted for the “ hidden” rods which give a cleaner more contemporary finish. The representative who initially attended
( on time👍) was helpful and knowledgeable and stayed until all my questions were addressed as she undertook the initial measurements. Cost was competitive, but a long lead in time ( not an issue for me).Fitter was good, with one small but. I wish he had cleaned up as he progressed from room to room... the house was looking a tip towards the end.I did the cleaning up myself. ( I don’t do mess!) This is a very small whinge btw. The overall service/ product is excellent. Also,I now wake up gently ( unlike with black out blinds when it’s instant) ...a welcome (but surprising) benefit.

Purely shutters fitted for us in our dining room when we first moved into our home, and we were thrilled with the look of the product and service received. So much so, that we have gone on to place a further two orders, the first of which was fitted two weeks ago. Couldn’t be happier. Fitting was unproblematic and the tier-on-tier shutters couldn’t look more perfect. Very knowledgable staff, just stand back and let them do what they do!

Totally recommend these shutters. They look beautiful and there wasn’t a problem with fitting them. Obviously from measuring, making then fitting it’s totally professional. Feel totally reassured that should something go wrong with the shutters (not that I think it will) it will be dealt with as the customer service so far has been amazing. Thank you.

One by one over the last couple of years we had our shutters fitted, we have finally finished the front of our house and it looks great. Unlike some of the other companies we looked at you are not penalised for ordering them individually, this meant we didn't have to rush and buy them all at the same time, before we were ready, just to make it cheaper.
We found that if we had any issues Kirsty was very happy to talk to us and assist in order to get them resolved so that we were completely satisfied with everything. It's a small, family run business and unlike most of the big chains you do actually matter to them, even after the job has been completed.
We had two fitters come out to us and they were both very friendly.
We have since recommended Purely Shutters to some of our family who are hoping to have similar shutters fitted in their houses.

We have worked with Kirsty and her team for several years now as we have gradually changed to shutters in our house. The best compliment I can give is the shutters we had fitted several years ago look just the same as the ones we had fitted last week. They are of an excellent quality and have stood the test of time. The team are efficient and friendly and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
