Having used this website before and very happy with the outcome I have surprised at the lack of contact form 4 emails I have sent. Queries are not dealt with any other way except emails but what do you do when there is no reply of any kind.

I am unable to use a gift voucher that was sent to me via this site and the code is invalid. Perhaps take care when buying gift vouchers needed. First email sent in December with the other 3 spaced between then and today

No order received & no response to contact.

Placed an order on 5 Jan and when I'd not had anything beyond automated order response (and money taken) I emailed to chase up. I've still heard nothing and received nothing so have gone to Paypal to try and get refund. But what I want is the wool I need!

Placed an order and recieved conformation email.
How ever my order doesn’t show on my account but money has been taken.
Have emailed 3 times and no response, telephone does not accept calls. Shocking customer service

I ordered wool 2 weeks ago worth £48. They replied and said it is processing. I then ordered 2 patterns and received them within days.
They then took the money for the wool and i have not received it. I have emailed several times without reply

I ordered from this company last year and had no problems but I placed an order on 2nd January, payment taken and confirmation of order email received then nothing. Have tried emailing several times, no response. No phone number to contact them. Have gone to my card provider to try to get refund. Will no longer use this company.

I have just read all the negative reviews about Purplelinda and have to say that I have NEVER EVER had ANY reason to complain about this Craft company at all!!!!!

Have used her for years and can't believe it's the same company that I have had the real pleasure of using, after reading so much negativity in other reviews!!!!!!!!

you can always find something that no one else ever has, and the prices to me me are absolutely AMAZING!!!!!

Come on guys please give her a chance!?!?

5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ VERY WELL DESERVED!!!

Ordered some wool from this seller. After a few days i asked it to be cancelled because my emails had been ignored. Seller sent items 9 days later despite requesting cancellation through several emails and PayPal. The wool arrived 21 days after order. Returned unopened. Had to go to PayPal dispute to get refund. However i ended up paying return postage. At no point did seller respond to my emails, or PayPal messages. Phone does not work, link on order from to cancellation form on their site does not work.

very long waiting time for the ordered goods to be shipped. After sending the email several times, I received a tracking number that does not exist. I want to warn other buyers: after purchasing and paying, no contact, waiting time for shipping about two weeks, the ordered acrylic yarn is of very poor quality and not worth a penny. I don't recommend it to anyone

I got very worried after reading the reviews about Purplelinda. (I unfortunately read them after placing my order)
It took a while before I got the items, especially due to customs. I am glad I ordered at Purplelinda's, (also when I compare the prize to eg. Amazon)

I placed an order for patterns and books and some wool. There was an order confirmation email sent but I waited around 4 weeks before I received the parcel. This is a long time to wait but everything was in the box. Don't order if you're expecting delivery in under 5 days, I think it's just a one woman business.

Wish I'd checked the reviews. The site gives the impression that yarn is in stock and you pay for 48 hrs delivery. My email enquiry into stock levels and delivery date unanswered. No delivery date one week after taking payment. No answer to further email cancelling my order and requesting refund. No phone number for enquiries. Deeply annoying because you have to wait 30 days before raising an issue with your bank to claim back payment. Next stop Trading Standards.

Shopped twice and each time my order arrived very fast,no problems at all.Each time I received exactly what I ordered,very good quality and price.I am a very happy customer

My second order from Purplelindacrafts arrived this afternoon in perfect condition as did my previous order in early summer time. On both occasions the parcels were wrapped well, the wool was exactly as I had ordered and at such a good price too. I ordered Anchor Creativa Fino and the colours are so close to the pictures on the website which is just great for the craft I'm planning to do. My first parcel arrived in four days ( my own fault because I was out - it would have been three days but I picked it up from the parcel depot the following day.) This recent order was placed on 23d August and arrived today 25th August so a three day window from order to delivery is good going in my opinion. I would definitely use this website again, they were efficient and organised - an email arrived as soon as I placed my order with contact information, delivery information followed in another email to let me know it was being delivered by Royal Mail. I'm a very happy customer with no reason not to order for a third time.

I have purchased wool a few times from Purplelinda and I have never had any problems. Delivery times are good and I always receive e-mailed confirmation once goods have been despatched. Prices always seem very good too and wool is very good quality.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and finally received today. Never answers emails or gives any update on why the process takes so long. Any complaints are not acknowledged. Raised a dispute with my card issuer which is probably why the order was finally sent. One item missing but I doubt I will ever see that.
WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING!
Certainly won’t be using this company again !!

Not even worth a star. Ordered goods,haven't arrived. No response to any emails. Should have gone to Amazon.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company took 63 pounds off me after I had cancelled my order. After sending them more emails than I can count there has been absolutely no communication from them whatsoever, no refund and no wool delivered. Absolutely shocking. Tantamount to theft!

20th Feb 2023 My unwanted wool has arrived! I can’t be bothered sending it back as the refund will probably never happen !
