All squishy fondant types that all taste the same they really have taken away all the great chocolate’s one by one that made them a quality and exciting product, even the chocolate tastes really weird I’m 63yrs old and it’s been a family Christmas tradition since my earliest memories the tins were like a treasure chest full of beautiful jewels for us as children we even used the beautiful shiny colourful wrappers for craft I don’t know how they have the cheek to keep using the word Quality in the name they have taken something that was once a beautiful iconic symbol of Christmas and totally destroyed it.

When I was a kid, these used to be the treats everyone looked forward to. The Quality WAS awesome, every chocolate was a treat, a genuine surprise of taste,spectacular look and true feel of Quality. There is no Quality in Quality Street, its just another waste of time, a horrible disaster. Personally I'll NEVER buy another again, hopefully people do the same.

Should be renamed 'no longer quality street'. Shrinkflation, cheaper ingredients, crappy packaging. Awful.

Bought a tub on offer at Tescos on the 18th,, plastic tub half full, all the chocolates have shrunk and my favourites (purple one) has completely changed, ate maybe 8 and had a terrible stomach.. hate to break tradition but nestle taking the mic,, will never buy or eat again.

The original Quality Street makers must be spinning in their graves !!!
What the hell has happened? I bought a plastic box after years of not As a blast from the past I opened them First and last impression - minus all the stars not one thing I had remembered when as a child these were luxury chocolate
There was an empty cheap plastic
wrapper I suspect someone had bought them found like me total disgust then sealed them and got their money back
Gone are the cellophane wrapper we used to use in artwork so we recycled and the foil which now are the only green triangle ones left that are foiled (why? you may as well of gone the whole hog and encased all the flavours in cheap nasty wrapping The green triangle and they are at least half as small as the originals I could detect no trace of a nut anywhere Had to look hard for descriptions on the sides and then just a name Not one purple one found After three I refused to touch them The strawberry so sickly the brown ones not even named reminded me of gritty texture - horrible
First impression very disappointed half a box full of cheap looking waxy wrappers These have to be the biggest con under trademark QUALITY STREET
Where is the Quality and the only thing I would do is to leave the rest of this rip off in a street hoping someone would take them but I suspect the finder would be as unforgiving as me
Do us a favour whoever reproduces a cheap copy of the originals throw in the towel or change your name This modern day product is an insult to the real Quality Street
How you dare call these dreadful confectionery Quality at all is beyond me Read the definition of quality and the manufacturer of these inferior sweets do not come under that description there is not even quantity - thank god
Im thankful that I had years enjoying the originals but sad at the terrible comparison now Trade descriptions should look into these Im throwing the lot out - not going to keep the nasty plastic box which I suppose is recyclable like the dreadful wrappers
I feel sad as nostalgia is so hard to come by but the makers of BadQuality Street have wiped it completely No walk down memory lane which should encourage further sales but not from me Saving grace ? I had intended to share these out at work I would of been ashamed to have done so

Now rubbish. Nearly always full of orange and strawberry in enormous volumes and little else. Be warned!!!

Would like to know how ingredient list has changed on the Quality Street chocolates.

Nestle are very coy so can't pinpoint what they are now doing differently (other than wrappers etc!)

I would not even give one star. I used to love quality street. Just tried my first one for this year and it was the most awful chocolate I have tasted. So gave it another chance and had another two and they were the sales Never buying them again. So disappointing

First tub of Qualitystreet for a couple of years and will be the last. No resemblance at all to Qualitystreet as it was. I still have empty tins from many years past. It was bad enough the tins shrinking over the years. Wasn't expecting the sweets to shrink too. They're all jush lightweight mush now, including the toffee pennies, with a vile aftertaste. It's not just Quality Street, gradually over the last 20 years I watched virtually every well known and loved brand of food, chocolate, sweets deteriorate in quality and size as the prices have risen. We're all being taken for a ride by these big companies and if we keep buying the rubbish they're fobbing us off with they'll keep getting away with it. The sad thing is a lot of younger people have no idea how nice these products once were.

Purchased a couple of tubs last week for Christmas, as they were on a good offer. Decided to open one Friday night 7th November.
We were totally disappointed, the chocolate tasted cheap and left a horrible after taste in your mouth. So glad I didnt pay the full price of £7 , that they are charging this year.
Nestle, what are you doing, never buying quality street again.

I am very disappointed in Quality Street the wrappers are not appealing anymore plus i found every single chocolate because of the paper wrappers tasted like orange that will because of the orange chocolates in the variety turning all the others with the cheap wrappers. Am never buying these again my favourite used to be the green triangle but that just tastes of orange all the chocolates went on the bin waste of money. Nestle need to go back to the old wrappers. Cadbury use recycle wrappers some am sure Nestle can as well to improve the Quality Street chocolates and save these from disappearing forever. But unless they do am not wasting my money

Absolute junk will never buy again if its all about profits then why bother still producing. In agreement with All the negative reviews. How on earth can a company make such a major faux pa surely this product will now dissappear into obscurity as I cannot see Nestles ever gaining back support for this product after once purchased. Never again, dreadful.

I can not believe that this once iconic treat now lacks taste and most of all lack of quality,
Make change Nestle or it will be end of the world’s favourite Xmas treat.
Rose, hero’s , celebrations, are not having this same decline for there customers all of these Xmas treats are on point.

Just opened this years 1st tub of Quality Street and unfortunately this will be my last ever tub I purchase. The taste of the chocolate does not compare with previous years. The chocolate does not melt in the mouth in a creamy manner. It tastes and feels like chocolate which is produced for warmer countries where the chocolate doesn't melt so easily. My son lives in Australia and their chocolate doesn't taste or melt the same as UK even though it is the same brand. I Will never buy another tub. Need to be re branded as the Quality has gone:-

Terrible Street
Atrocious Street.

Recently recieved a tub of quality st as a present. Had not tried them in quite some time but they were truely awful, urecognisable and the couple i tried were in no way a delicious treat or anything of quality. Another product of a bygone era gone for good.

No quality in quality street, they taste fake and rubbish. Also, loads of the toffee pennies and toffee sticks, which no one likes, so throwing away 12 sweets. Haven’t bought for years since they got rid of coffee creams, won’t be buying again,
