Good start, horrible end
My wife and I moved into a property through quantum and found them extremely helpful at first, a couple of years later I found them to be extremely unpleasant and at the end completely horrible. When we first moved in, we worked with a lady called Deana, she was most helpful and always had the time for us. Anyway a few years down the line and Deana was no longer our point of call with any issues. We were working with a lady called Emma, well where do I start. When we were informed that our heater was been replaced, we was like ok heating would be great as its new, well the heating was great, but the way the guy fitting the heater left my property was appalling. When we returned home from a day out to leave the guy in peace to replace our heater we found our sofa in the middle of the living room, our shoes from the front door slung in the living room and left over tiles from the old heater all over the kitchen and garden where my 10 month old child would crawl. When I rang to Emma from quantum about this let’s just say I've never had anyone speak to me like that before or tell me my child can’t go where she would like too. Anyway, after back-and-forth chat and getting nowhere I asked to speak to the manager. Well Hazel the estate manager was no better, she explained that the heater guy left our house in the way he did as that's the world we live in these days. When I responded with shall I come to your office, move your furniture and leave it a mess, I was answered with you can’t do that. A bit hypocritical if you ask me if a builder can do it but I can’t. Anyway a few years later when my wife and I were moving out of the property, well let’s say it started nice but soon took a turn for the worst. When talking back and forth regarding our deposit, we really couldn't get a word in edge ways to a point where they demanded the cleaning companies name and number (we paid a cleaning company to clean the house before finally moving out) We then received a call from the cleaning company to say they have never been spoken to in all their time as a cleaning company. Apparently the cleaning company had done a terrible job and shouldn’t be cleaning is what I was told was said to the manager from Emma. Anyway, finally after moving out of the property and chasing for what seems like an eternity to get a figure back from our deposit, we finally got an answer. Let’s just say I won’t be using or recommending quantum to anyone.
