Amazing quality, fast and very efficient service from quatropi

From ordering to delivery absolutely amazing. Communication from Quatropi was amazing. I was kept well informed of delivery details. 10/10 delivery service. The gentleman that delivered my triple hanging egg chair was amazing 👏. I could not be happier with my new piece of garden furniture. Amazing quality 👌.

Firstly when I ordered my sofa I…

Firstly when I ordered my sofa I specifically gave the young lady a date I couldn't receive the goods. And she comes back with a delivery date on for when I was on holiday. good start! also when ordering the sofa, Darius did not tell me the sofa was sided. Meaning they only have a left or one sided cushion. So the cushions do not sit equal to the opposite side. The finish on the footstools is awful. ( happy to send photos ) but would probably be wasting my time. Then when I called up, I was told I`d get a call back within an hour. 4 hours later... still no call. Now I`m sure their come back with a million excuses. When sometimes you just need to put your hands up and say " sorry Mr customer " we got it wrong. They say you really know how good a business is when their an issue or problem to solve. and this business has failed badly!

With regards to the sofa, this is correct. As it is a modular sofa, it is made up of corner sections and middle sections. Since all our photos are taken live in our own showroom, the item delivered will look exactly as shown in the photos.

If you are still unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to arrange a free collection and provide you with a full refund.

The garden furniture from Quatropi has…

The garden furniture from Quatropi has literally transformed our lives! I have been looking forever for a nice modern garden set and fell in love with the Modern 6 Seater Garden Table | Grey Aluminium & Ceramic and CIA garden chairs. My husband and I sit at the table every evening with a glass of wine and chat about the day. Something we didn’t really do before! He says it clearly makes me happy to chill in the garden and that makes him happy!

Everything appears to be well made and it is becomes with a cover to protect it during not so great weather.

We love our outdoor furniture 😍

Rotten delivery

I ordered an adjustable chair and in addition paid £49 for delivery. The delivery slot was from 7am to 9am but I was assured that it would arrive around halfway through this window. At 7.22 I saw an unknown number had tried calling me five minutes earlier so I immediately returned the call but there was no reply. I tried two more times over the next half hour or so. It later transpired that the number was Quatropi’s carriers and I since discovered that the delivery was quite deliberately scheduled ahead of what I had been told after receiving the original notification. Also that the carriers deliberately did not pick up my calls and having chosen not to leave me a voice message on their call. All in all a depressing experience but I have to better chair from the many alternative suppliers available. Sorry I can’t join the happy band of five star subscribers here but my own experience was pretty appaling.

Omg fantastic garden furniture!!!

Omg! The quality of my 3XL HAMMOCK is phenomenal. I’ve been looking for quality furniture for the garden and found it. My friends are jealous and asking for details of where I had purchased item. I also purchased additional cushions that make the whole look simply wonderful.

Love this company. Cannot stop purchasing from them. Bought all my garden furniture from them. Excellent quality every piece. And different too. Now progressed onto home furniture. Excellent quality items with excellent service and delivery. 5 stars from me.

Fantastic costumer service and products!

I ordered a square coffee table with storage in white chalk and the product looked exactly as described and the quality was amazing. Unfortunately, the initial order had come scratched in some places but once I contacted costumer support, they were able to offer a replacement with ease. I am so happy with the costumer service provided as well as the product that I will 100% be repurchasing again for items I want to give a luxury feel.

Great quality sofa with great customer service

Bought the U shape sofa a few months ago…. Regretted not buying the accompanying foot stool. The customer service team were helpful in guiding me to the right one over email and it arrived quicker than expected.

3rd occasion using Quatropi and we will use again.

Would not recommend

I personally would not recommend this company or the mikey modular sofa.

1 of the delivery drivers damaged my solid oak flooring as what I didn't know was, there is hard sharp metal underneath every section. Because the delivery driver had removed all protective packaging and was sliding the sofas across the floor my oak flooring was heavily damaged with gouges and scrapes where the sofa had been pushed or dragged across it.

Company called me a liar said I had done it! I would have needed to literally record the delivery drivers lifting it in and causing the damage! The drivers apparantly first denied lifting the sofa in however had to admit it after I sent cctv evidence.

I have been quoted over £700 for my flooring to be rectified, company gave £200 as a 'goodwill gesture'.

The sofa itself is not at sturdy as I'd hoped. Although connected to one another the sections move. The sofa cushions on the backs and arms aren't filled to the edges and are very squishy so I imagine these won't last very long. Even with the feet on, the screws aren't the best and some sit proud, and the feet are metal and have sharp edges.

I currently have all the feet and screws taped and the sofa is sat on cardboard to protect my flooring so to me this sofa is not fit for purpose.

Very sad indeed, my partner had wanted to buy this sofa for his property but will not buy now. The worst part of it all was for a company not to take responsibility and to say I had caused the damage myself.

Yes I can see you have copied and pasted the final responses. This reply came after I sent cctv evidence. Initially on a phone call I was told the drivers had said they had not lifted the sofa in so there was no evidence. I was told I had moved the sofa myself. This is still incorrect the driver lifted the sofa in and moved them across the floor. I would not damage my own flooring knowing how much I paid for it. I do not feel it unfair at all to voice my opinion which I am entitled to do so. I have had a terrible experience. I was not happy with the £200 pound you were aware of this and in response told me to contact the ombudsman. My quote to rectify flooring was £780. You have not used the words 'LIAR' but what you have said ia that you have heard 2 conflicting stories from the delivery drivers and myself and that the delivery drivers have bot moved the sofa. This implies I have moved the sofa and damaged my own flooring. I pointed the damage out to both drivers straight away when I walked into the room and saw the damage. My partner who was present could also confirm this however I offered this and was ignored. So basically it's their word against mine and the company have believed the delivery drivers. So yes it has been implied I am a lier as I have been dismissed and told I have done it myself.

In response to your review, we would like to offer some clarification.

At no point have we placed blame on you. If that had been our intention, we would not have offered any form of goodwill gesture.

Regarding your comment about being called a liar, please rest assured this is absolutely not the case. As we previously stated:

"Regarding your WhatsApp message about being called a liar, please rest assured that this is absolutely not the case. We have a duty to review and investigate all claims properly when they’re raised and this process is in no way meant to question your integrity."

We would also like to reiterate that we did not deny lifting the sofa. This was clearly acknowledged in our original reply. To quote that message:

"In this particular instance, we were specifically instructed to deliver through a window, we typically would not be held responsible for any resulting damage. I’ve spoken with both delivery drivers independently, and they each confirmed that they were instructed to pass the items through the window. One driver remained outside to hand the parts through, while the other stood inside to receive them and place them down."

They advised that the items were positioned on the floor at your request but not manoeuvred beyond that point any further handling on the wooden flooring was not undertaken by our team.

Given the timeline and content of our communications, we feel it is very unfair to accept the £200 goodwill refund and then publicly make false claims about the situation, particularly when we have provided clear and consistent evidence.

We remain committed to resolving issues fairly, but we also feel it’s important to address misinformation when it arises.

Great customer service...

The guys at Quatropi were great. My delivery was for the day before a huge garden birthday party... with 50+ guests. I checked the items and realised that the fixing screws package was missing for one of the two outdoor sofas... i called Quatropi the Friday afternoon and they could not have been more helpful, firstly apologising and then agreeing to express package delivery the vital screw package that arrived first thing the following day... 10/10
