Amazing service
Amazing service. When I found my car wouldn't start, due to a suspected flat battery, I took it to Quattro-Tech, after jump starting it. They said they would try and look at it if they could. To book it in we would be waiting until august. So I was delighted when I received a call a few hours later to say they had looked at it already and could confirm that the battery needed replacing. They completed the work and I was able to collect my car at the end of the same day! Great service considering it was unplanned!!

Excellent car service repair. My 2015 VW Golf air conditioning was fixed quickly & most importantly properly, it’s blowing ice cold air again.Reception lady offered a polite & friendly service & Chris kept me updated on the extent of the repairs & arranged for a timely collection. Highly recommended.

Using Quattro-Tech Bury St Edmunds was a real pleasure. Alex was professional and explained the process of my booking prior to drop off so I was left in no doubt what was being done. The process on drop off day was simple and some three hours later I received a call to advise my car was ready for collection. Alex explained what had been done and then forwarded the report to me via email. The premises were immaculate as was the workshop and the professionalism of service was excellent.

Brilliant Service & Friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff
I've been going to QuattroTech now since I bought my S5 last year, after being ripped off by the main dealer!
They are brilliant, friendly staff, always happy to explain things and advise on whether something is needed or not rather than to just charge and replace things constantly!
I will for sure recommend them for anyone who had a VAG group car.

Absolutely fantastic technicians, very professional and phenomenal knowledge in the team. I’m a returning customer, and will remain so as the price is not the cheapest but for that you get honesty and first time rapid repairs. I cannot commend them or recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely fantastic experience - would recommend to anyone
Thank god we found these guys, I was on the verge of selling both our Audi's as was getting thoroughly fed up with Audi main dealers - who seemed more interested in selling us costly service plans, and not listening to me as a customer getting a car booked in for a service who had some questions.
I was slightly confused as to what needed doing at the next service as we seemed to have two service reminders with a short mileage between them.
I called in while passing on the off chance and they were great, Alex took time to talk me through everything that needed doing (and everything that did not need doing which the Audi main dealer were trying to convince me to get done!) and booked it in, with a courtesy car and the price quoted was what I paid and incredibly reasonable.
They were really knowledgeable, great for giving advice without being patronising, friendly and polite and the reception and workshop was immaculate. I felt really valued as a customer and already booked our second Audi in for it's next service in a few weeks. I would thoroughly recommend these guys.
