The coffee table I purchased exceeded expectations. There was however a minor disappointment in that the expected delivery was not as promised on the website.

I am really pleased with the item I purchased. I had difficulty wondering where my item was but the lady I spoke to me assured me I would receive my item and I did get it. It's strong and well made unit. If I was to complain about anything it would be to parcel force because I was told I'd receive a message from them telling me when I'd receive purchase. I never heard a word and arrived home to find the item outside my door

Arrived when it was due. Packaging excellent would survive most depot handling. Web site gave accurate information including all sizes. Beautiful piece of furniture- cd cabinet.
Only gripe, free delivery did not include Highland Perthshire .

Living on a Hebridean Island it is very difficult to find a retailer who will deliver to the door. We are delighted with the bedroom furniture - 2 blanket boxes to fit under a sloping ceiling and a lovely 5 drawer chest in pine. Excellent quality, really sturdy and packed so well that it arrived in perfect condition.
Great kindness was shown and help offered when, due to remoteness, the carrier subcontracted to a carrier who only delivers once a week and it just missed being ready to deliver at the quoted date.
Highly recommended!

The time from ordering to delivery was very short.
The furniture was wrapped safely.

It is a lovely small wardrobe. We don't have children anymore but wanted a small hanging wardrobe for my shirts, and this is ideal. I have stored the shelves away for future use. It is a little beauty and almost matches a chest of drawers that I have treasured for years. I would have given you 5 stars if the 'white gloves service' had included unpacking, checking and taking away the packaging. Otherwise great service, keeping me up to date on delivery etc. Thanks everyone. Lionel Walsh

Delectable finish, awesome design, great for nooks and crannies with an aesthetic appeal

Furniture arrived with a wonkey panel. They said they would send a sheesham wood stain worth £25 as a goodwill gesture. When it arrived it was in a 20ml (if that) bottle... Absolute joke.

Excellent product, came pre-assembled and very well wrapped and on time. We were informed regularly as to delivery and the product itself is excellent. Strong unit with a lovely finish and no unpleasant surprises. Would gladly use this company again

The oak sideboard is beautiful and very well made. The customer service was great. I found them responsive and helpful.

I ordered a drum chest of drawers and it was damaged when I opened it. I contacted the company and they were so helpful. The damaged drum was collected and a replacement delivered. I was kept informed throughout and what photos to take and how to package the damaged item. It is extremely rare to receive customer service like this. I truly felt like a valued customer rather than an inconvenience. I’m impressed. Thank you so much.

Was kept fully updated about when items were in stock. Delivery updates were accurate.The sales team particularly Tahira was so helpful. The furniture was of excellent quality. Highly recommended.

Beautifully laid out sequence of small themed gardens and a larger area with plants for sale. Designed by a Rona a horticulturist extraordinaire. Excellent advice and suggestions for troublesome spots. All the plants are Pentland hardy so will thrive anywhere else. .

We ordered our furniture in December 2023 and we are still waiting now May 24!
We have received 2 emails stating that the problem was the situation in the Middle East. However, looking at other reviews people have received their orders promptly.
We were told our order was on a ship due to dock at a UK port in the middle of April and that they would be in touch to arrange delivery. We have heard nothing.
We are very disappointed with Quercus Living for not keeping us better informed. We will not be using them or recommending them.
