Detailed instructions and information on the product and sells individual items, so you only buy what you need. Have used them for several years now and have always been happy with the service they offer. If you register, you get a newsletter on Saturday morning, which always makes interesting reading.

Service was very prompt and they noticed there was a cheaper way of supplying the wire I needed. They sent the cheaper version and reimbursed the difference. Very impressed.
