Fascinating to hear how the business copes with every day issues. Having run a domestic cleaning business for over 30 years seems similar business problems still exist.

The go-to one-stop shop for railway modelling
I have only just discovered Railwayscenics while planning a compact OO9 layout. I was immediately struck by the range of items carried. Not necessarily wide but deep, intelligently chosen and near perfect for the modeller. For example, all those electrical bits and bobs that I usually ended up sourcing from different vendors I can now get from Railwayscenics. Plus I don’t have to buy packs of 1,000,000 to get competitive prices. My first order quickly followed and arrived well packed, within a couple of days. Railwayscenics has instantly become my go-to first stop whenever I am looking for something.

Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. I went to purchase 2 roof textured sheet both different types for download and I accidentally made a mistake by ordering 2 of the same one. They could clearly see that I made the mistake. These are downloadable products where you can download as many times as you want so why should I purchase 2 of the same. This error instead of costing me £1.99 per each download of which I only got one has now cost me £3.98. their quality of prints are also extremely poor. They also told me that they are not going to resend the other download as it was my mistake. If there was an option for zero star you would have got it. Fact. All my modelling groups have now been informed. I use another company which also do download products so when you purchase a download product this means that you can obviously download as many times as you want. My mistake was your poor quality website and unfortunately I accidentally downloaded the same product twice and your sales team took advantage of my mistake knowing too well of what I did yet you still took payment. Ps, the quality of your merchandise is atrocious

I've ordered a couple of times from Railwayscenics, and I can't fault the service at all!
Deliveries are fast and well packaged.
The website is great: easy to navigate around and find what you're after; a good range of products; clear descriptions and product dimensions; and lots of useful information. This isn't only for model railway enthusiasts, but there's lots of general modelling supplies, tools, and electrical components.

Although I have not made a recent purchase, I want to register my appreciation and admiration for Steve and Gabby of Railwayscenics.
