For someone that's not very techy I found all my interactions to be a positive experience from day one, which encouraged me to do further business.

Very easy professional and modern approach to getting set up as a client and opening accounts. All operations very easy and intuitive to complete online.

Love the concept and attractive offers however some of my interest earned has not arrived into my bank account!!

Easy to see what savings accounts are available with the option to filter on fixed, notice accounts etc. No issues setting up the account or transferring funds to a new account when the term matures.

Raisin is a good way to save ten through foreign banks but unfortunately not readable in English.

Been using it for a year now, and no issues. Works well. I would give 5 stars but the app could be improved a bit, it's a bit basic , for example I would like to be able to add personalized names to my account, which I suggested as a feature but they didn't implement it. There's a few other things that are a bit clunky about the app but it gets the job done and it's a great way to get much better interest rates than I can get locally in Spain.

The registration proces took some time, but it went smoothly for me. Opening up a Festgelder account can take a bit more effort depending on the bank, there is usually some actual paperwork involved. One Tagesgeld account I opened was taken care of with only online information and was opened within days.

It is a great service with no costs, I am very happy with it!

Horribly slow service.

Wow, I just tried to register my id and got the rudest most incompetent service agent (think idnow) . He could not articulate how to move the passport so the camera could see it. Then proceeded to tell me he wasn't here to teach me english. I think it's him who needs english lessons as it my first language and his second at best. He got more agitated and argumentative and I told him he was being rude as he looked like he was going to hang up. He then called me stupid and hung up.

I tried again to verify passport and got a different more competent person who did it no problems.
But reputationally for Raisin this looks really poor and its completely put me off using them and the fact that even trying to find out who this character was to make a complaint about is impossible. Customer service seems non existent so that 2 very big red flags.

I don't know why applications to open a savings account get rejected/cancelled without any further information Multiple times.

Furthermore, I have an open application since 10.07.2024, I have transferred the money to my transaction account yet the savings account has still not been opened today 18.07.2024. Money is held in escrow for a week, yet account is not opened.

After reading positive reviews I opened an account. I opened two savings accounts and added a significant amount of money. Because I am regularly out of telephone signal I disabled the tan verification. After that I am not able to withdraw money. I’ve contacted helpdesk multiple times. But I only get standard answers like, try another webbrowser, delete cookies etc. I’ve asked them multiple times to activate the tan verification but no action yet. Now they don’t respond anymore and I still can’t access my money!!!! Very disappointed in this company!!!

Not sure but think it's a scam to get your details

I have had 2 savings accounts with Raisin since September of 2023. My experience has been nothing but positive so I just deposited into my third account with them today. I do live in the US so maybe it's just easier here to sign up and get customer service on the phone? One of the things I love the most is the convenience of having one website to log into. It has made keeping track of my online savings accounts so much easier because, if I'm honest, I can barely remember one password let alone 3, so there's that!:) I also have had zero problems transferring money back and forth between my Chase and Raisin accounts and they do not charge a fee, or have a cap on what I can withdraw in one day, which is another plus. Also the few times I have had to call customer service the agents have been wonderful to talk to. They really know their stuff and were able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I'm really happy with this company.
