Sectional couch

I bought pieces of a sectional couch. (the right arm & the left arm ends) They do not match properly; One is higher than the other & seam going across each does not meet!!! I spoke with manager He just kept saying Nothing wrong with it. Call customer service. Spoke with Customer Service They also said nothing wrong & at times sectionals will not match. Why wasn't I told that when I bought it. Called sales girl but she never returned my call. R/F Amherst doing nothing about it !!!!!

I will never shop there again !!!!!!

Entire order turned into a 3 month…

Entire order turned into a 3 month fiasco. I had the furniture completely paid for before the order was fully functional. Intially they delivered with missing parts and a damaged drawer. Learned my lesson I will never sign for delivery until all furniture is recieved in working order, your return policy is not customer friendly. Don't deliver broken and or furniture missing parts.

Nick is a wonderful salesman

Nick is a wonderful salesman. Several years ago we bought a complete living room set, coffee table and lounge chair. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond because my husband was handicapped and he even wheeled him around the store in a wheelchair provided by the store. Nice touch. I revisited raymour again Wednesday the 22nd and purchased a new entertainment center. Nick once again helped me out and took care of everything for me. I appreciate the 0 percent interest. That really helps. I have been a customer of Raymour for over 30 years. David Tweed was my go to guy until he passed away. He was another great employee. I will always purchase my furniture at Raymour because they stand by their products. Keep Nick he is great for the store.

The sales person

The sales person, Don was great. He introduced himself and directed us to the correct section but then left us to browse. He was available to answer our questions but didn't pressure us. His information was helpful in narrowing down our choice.
The show room was clean, bright and easy to navigate. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I love Raymour

I love Raymour! Number one thing I love the most is when I tell your sales staff I’m looking they leave me alone. I don’t feel that every two minutes I’m being hunted. Beyond that the quality is amazing and even the delivery is smooth and easy! Thank you!

Horrible company

Horrible company. No competent management. Lack of representation of merchandise they sell. I have total regrets of ever doing business with them. I’m only referring to the Niagara Falls Boulevard location in Amherst New York. Just a warning for people looking for some respect when purchasing items from inept retailers

Communication and customer care is…

Communication and customer care is awful. Store managers should take lessons from the delivery personal on how to communicate with customers.
Regarding Amherst Ny Store. I purchased a sofa and dining table with chairs. Delivery as set up for 12/19 for table, took off work for delivery, never received any notification of delivery window. Called the store at 10:00Am and was told delivery was not going to happen as the item did not make the truck.....no explanation or reason why....it just didn't. Delivery rescheduled to 12/20/25
Drivers came, one chair was discolored and there was no hardware for the table unable to be delivered. Called the store again....requested manager, had to leave message as neither of TWO managers were available to speak to me.
Waited for hours for the manager to call, NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. I reached out to the sales person Francesca, who was awesome and called me right back indicating there were two managers working on the issue and one would call me back.
NO CALL
Called again, now was told the District Manager Paul would be in touch within 20 minutes. An hour later Paul calls. Listened to garbage of how the store is 80 years old and has excellent customer service. Listen, you screwed up my order twice, not in the mood to hear this. After two calls, was informed delivery would again be attempted on 12/22. Received a call from one manager who stated the window time for delivery. Requested that Paul reach back out to discuss my deliver fee as this is now the THIRD delivery attempt and that we had to make arrangements to have someone here. Was told Paul would call to discuss. NO CALL RECEIVED.
I did get my table after three delivery attempts. Never received a call back from the District Manager. The delivery personnel were amazing, and I proceed to inform them they should be giving the Managers and District Manager lessons on communication and customer service.
FIVE STARS FOR DELIVERY PERSONEL.
ZERO FOR MANAGERS AND DISTRICT MANAGER.
Unfortunately even with excellent sales person, I will NOT BE RETURING TO RAYMOUR AND FLANIGAN.
Once you place the order, the sales team has nothing to do with it and you are at the mercy of incompetent managers.
Stay away from this store, the frustration is not worth the product.

Poor experience with Raymour Flanigan

Wrong bed frame delivered not once but the second attempt was wrong also plus the first bed frame was also broken. Steel part broken off.
Salesman contacted after first incorrect bed frame was delivered and I was told he would send another correct bed frame.
Waited 2 days for that frame and it was wrong part also. Contacted manager and informed him of my frustration.

Al was great
