Our sales associate Chris was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the furniture. He gave us our space to discuss our purchase and I would definitely recommend Chris! We bought a leather couch and chair and I will definitely come back for future purchases. Chris was wonderful!

My experience was great working with Ed. My only frustration is, walking in the door, I feel like I am attacked by sales associates. I just wanted to look at some stuff without feeling like I am being watched.

We were greeted right away upon entering the store. We were immediately directed to items which would serve our specific needs perfectly, and were on sale. We also were shown every other item which was in the general category of what we wanted. The whole time we were treated as valuable customers.

I was a customer back in 1998 and was completely dissatisfied with your customer service and with the way I was ripped off and treated by customer service concerning my warranty. Because I was serving in the US NAVY ( I am a retired combat disabled veteran) and serving aboard a ship in hostile waters 3000 miles away, your service department took advantage of my wife and refused to honor our warranty because I was not present with her in the store. I’ve hated your store ever since and I decided I would never set foot into them again. It’s been 24 years. But, because of the time that’s past, my wife and I decided to give your business a second chance. We were greeted by Nick Wence and he was very respectful and gave us space and time to look around and when we were ready he answered all our questions and made sure we were happy with what we wanted. I appreciate his patience and willingness to help us out and told him how I felt about your business from years earlier and that I was glad for the difference from then to now. I told him this of course after the sale so as not to influence how we would be treated. Going forward I would not mind being a repeat customer and would recommend to my family and friends that your business is worth shopping from.
