I ordered online, but had a problem that customer service ended up having to fix. Customer service was excellent. Delivery was also excellent. I knew exactly when they were going to arrive to the second, thanks to the helpful texts and they were a half hour earlier than expected. They were here and gone within 5 minutes and both gentleman were so nice. Pleasant experience all around. Thank you!

The online shopping is so easy. Furniture was just delivered in perfect condition. Delivery personnel were excellent and the updates on delivery time was spot on

Went into select a sectional in October of 2025. I researched what I wanted and picked it out at the JC store. They took my money said that they would deliver it before Thanksgiving. I was prepared to except everything except the ottoman as it was out of stock that day. Delivery men where late, and rude... they were throwing the furniture off of the truck bouncing it into my drive did not take the wrapping off each piece or even try to make it fit through the doorway. Of course it was all wrapped with the cushions that would never fit regardless of what size door you have.They took the furniture back, which I didn't care at that point. I canceled the order that night and called the manager at the Johnson City store. Needless to say, I'd never had a worse experience. The refund took almost three months get a refunded. I had to go to a different store, which I will say was the best experience...Home Plus. Their delivery was within a week without any issue and it was the same sectional Better price. Big loss for this team and frustrating experience for me... I had to go into the store multiple times to even get somebody to look at why I wasn't getting my refund. I was getting 200 here 200 there. The total was over $3000, eventually got a check in the mail for the balance, but again it took three months! I will never ever work with this company again. Total disappointment and waste of my time.

Great Experience
From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted by Evie. She took us to the recliners we were looking for and explained the features on the models we were interested in. She is very accommodating and was not a pushy sales person. Very much enjoyed the experience

Bottom of ottoman arrived ripped
I ordered the ottoman online. I was emailed to pick it up on Friday. I called and it was on hold in Syracuse and wouldn’t be at the store until Tuesday. It did arrive Tuesday. My husband picked it up. It was wrapped and when unwrapped the black material on the bottom of the ottoman has a 4 inch rip in it. You can tell someone picked it up and ripped it. Very disappointed.
Update. I called the store and a very nice woman got me in touch with the repair person. I am waiting for a call back. They have to contact me within 72 hours to schedule a visit to repair the ottoman.
