Erica did a great job walking me through all the mattress options

Friendly, knowledgeable sales staff and no b.s....

Was welcomed pleasantly as I walked in the door. Salesman stayed with me to assist with questions and furniture use. Everything was explained clearly and fully, making sure I understood the whole transaction. Nice, clean, well organized an displayed area. Store visited is not listed below - it was the newly established outlet in Johnson City.

Store associates were extremely helpful without being overbearing. There was a great selection and fantastic prices.

Showroom manager Orrin Kenyon was responsive to our replacement sofa requirements. He looked up equal sofas and specifications quickly. He showed me power sofas through your showroom. He also explained financing and delivery procedures.

Conrad was amazing, showed us all of our options and couldn’t have been more pleasant. Thank you!

Our salesperson Renee was fantastic. Helped us get through a tough time picking a couch and answered all our questions. Will definitely come back to her when need more furniture for our house when we find it.

We loved Evie,our sales lady! She was superb in her patience and helping us find just what we were looking for. She even contacted us at home on Saturday night to discussed what was wrong and to see what could be done. Jessica Harrington, the assistant manager, saved the day. When our leather living room set was not working ( the electronic head rests) we were told it would be resolved on the following Monday by Eric, the store manager. He dropped the ball and we wound up having to call etc when he was to call us to set up others coming to resolve the issues. He never did
He didn't communicate to the assistant manager what was gong on. So no one called. We had to call again ( not happy) Jessica went out of her way to be sure to come personally to our house and take care of the incorrect installation that had occurred when initially delivered. With employees like Jessica and Evie,I would shop there again. Maybe Jessica needs to be the store manager and Eric,the assistant manager. If not for these employees, I'd reconsider doing business again with your company. I just made an online purchase last night so we shall see how that goes as well.

The manager, Oren, listened to our concerns regarding a mattress we wished to return, and was extremely helpful in assisting us in finding a satisfactory replacement with no hassle.

Matt Burns was fantastic to work with. Spent a considerable amount of time educating us regarding differences in mattresses, and also made a great suggestion for a new office chair. He was polite, personable and not pushy at all. Thanks for your help !

Purchased a sofa and loveseat July 2022. First week texted Matt Burns the ever so fake salesman about a minor problem. He assured us he would take care of
it. Never heard from him. Once again, Matt was notified
about the poor quality of the furniture and also about his assurances that any discounts would be received.
Again no response. We have garbage picked better. I had beautiful furniture for fifteen years from Olum's. Would buy it again today if they still had it.

I have always had positive experiences with Raymour and Flanagan, from the salespeople to those who deliver the furniture to the quality of the furniture itself. Thank you!

The chair was supposed to be here today. I found someone to pick it up and I just called the store back and was told it wouldn't be here until Tuesday. I had to find someone to pick it up because delivery was $150.00 and I live 10 miles away. I am not sure if I can get someone for Tuesday.
