I visited the Milford CT store and met James Fields who was very knowledgeable about leather power recliner that I was interested in. He spend quite a bit of time with me which was a determining factor in my purchase. I purchased the Maynard power recliner online but Mr. Fields was the reason I decided to buy.

I ordered a bookcase online
I ordered a bookcase online. Well simple quickly became complicated.
Ana Mendez and the crew in shipping and delivery stepped in and helped correct the issue ( missing hardware on delivery ). The original bookcase was replaced and I have since ordered 3 more.
