Staff was helpful and attentive and pleasant.

They helped me find what I need on line and resolve an issue with gift cards. They also helped me accommodate my mother who was with me and needed some assistance and a place to sit while I did business.

Smooth process and helpful workers

Danny Evans was my sales person at the Boston Road store. He remembered my husband and I from the past and I appreciated it. Danny showed me a number of sleeper sofas, told me to take my time and there was no pressure. He then showed me a chair that he thought I would like and I did and bought that too. Danny was professional and so kind to me. He made the experience very pleasurable and I will definitely go to him again and tell my friends about my experience.

The site was very easy to use, I was able to order not only a new mattress but also a whole new bedroom set. The next day I received an email from Robert Wilson asking me if I needed anything else and if I did to reach out to him. Well I had gone back on the site and fell on love with a totally different chest of drawers than what I ordered. So I reached out to Robert and asked if it was possible to switch it to the new one I liked. He made it happen without any hesitation and communicated through email the easy process. Now that is what I call outstanding customer service. I’ve worked in customer service for 30 years now and all I can say about my experience is that it’s been outstanding. I’ve been telling all my friends and family to go there if you need furniture. All I can say is thank you!!! You got a customer for life!!

We were given plenty of time to leisurely look at furniture, no pressure sales. The store was beautifully set up. Salesman answered our questions, took some information. Once we decided to purchase the set we liked, the process was easy. Staff was friendly and professional.

My sales person was knowledgeable and friendly but not overbearing to the point where I felt he was hovering. The store had a lot of great items and it was quick and easy to find something for me.

Sales staff (Tarik Clark) introduced himself when we entered the store but after that, we were left alone to peruse the many showroom selections. When we had questions, the very personable Mr. Clark made himself immediately available and provided helpful assistance. The transaction was very quick and seemless which I liked as well. It was overall, a very good experience. I have no negative comments.
