This was the worst experience ever. John in customer care and Laurie are rude and untrained. The delivery service is untrained and unprofessional. I will do my best to share with as many people as I can that Raymour and Flannigan had lost its touch. I will say the store itself was a decent experience but once I paid for the furniture and scheduled delivery the experience was horrible.

Quick and easy experience trying to find a mattress

Fast, reasonable, kind, not pushy.

I bought a mattress and Andrew Villa was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses I tried. He was thorough and very professional.
It was a pleasure doing business with him.

My salesperson Dot is a fabulous person. She went above and beyond to make my experience great. She was very accommodating with her availability and very knowledgeable in her product.

Had a great saleswoman who was very knowledgeable about the mattress and the electronics…how the bed could be raised and lowered! She was very professional and helpful …answered all the questions I had. She is an asset to your team!

Advises salesman of what we interested in and he showed us what was available. He didn't waste our time.

Ann Marie was wonderful. She took the time to show us everything and explain everything to us thoroughly. She was very knowledgeable and also very patient and took her time with us. Yes, we will definitely be coming back there for any of our furniture needs

Had to have both couches replace was missing middle leg and because of that it severely scratched my floor. Also I was told not to sit on them until replacement comes which is February 13. So I am sitting on dining room chairs for a week. They compensated with removing delivery charges which will not cover replacing damaged floor

Salesman helpful, patient and knew his product

The Manager who arranged for delivery of our exchange gave us inaccurate information telling us that Beauty Rest no longer offered a box spring, but the printout he gave us showed that Beauty Rest did indeed offer a box spring. Also, some of my questions were replied with, “I don’t know.” This Manager should have known or he should have asked other store associates. At the end when he asked my husband to sign 2 separate papers, he didn’t take the time to explain to him what he was signing. This was not good customer service. That’s why I gave 2 stars.
