This was the worst experience ever. John in customer care and Laurie are rude and untrained. The delivery service is untrained and unprofessional. I will do my best to share with as many people as I can that Raymour and Flannigan had lost its touch. I will say the store itself was a decent experience but once I paid for the furniture and scheduled delivery the experience was horrible.

Had to have both couches replace was missing middle leg and because of that it severely scratched my floor. Also I was told not to sit on them until replacement comes which is February 13. So I am sitting on dining room chairs for a week. They compensated with removing delivery charges which will not cover replacing damaged floor

The manager who arranged delivery exchange
The Manager who arranged for delivery of our exchange gave us inaccurate information telling us that Beauty Rest no longer offered a box spring, but the printout he gave us showed that Beauty Rest did indeed offer a box spring. Also, some of my questions were replied with, “I don’t know.” This Manager should have known or he should have asked other store associates. At the end when he asked my husband to sign 2 separate papers, he didn’t take the time to explain to him what he was signing. This was not good customer service. That’s why I gave 2 stars.
