No refund offered for unopened pillow. No where was it stated that it was a final sale with no returns!! No paperwork to review when items picked up in warehouse. Manufacturer offers 100 day trial period!!! Deceptive sales and marketing!!! I would never trust this company for anything.
Update: Manager called for follow up today per my request and offered me a store credit. I do not want to support this deceptive business!! If I can get a credit, I should get a refund if requested. Stated to manager “you could give me a refund. You WON’T give me a refund.” Currently researching other furniture companies and ALL offer a refund!! Filing a BBB complaint next… BUYER BEWARE!

If I could give it a zero I would. Your sales floor associates were wonderful but the warehouse we were supposed to pick up our couch from were horrible. We did not recieve our couch and now I'm stuck waiting to get my money back. I canceled a job to pick my couch up today and I lost out on money. Now we're stuck sitting on the floor for god knows how long.

Where do I start! I have not purchased furniture in a while and I am so happy that I was welcomed with open arms by Sandy. She is absolutely amazing and s patient. She listed to every detail and made sure she showed us what we were looking for and the price range the we wanted to stay in as well. She made us feel like family and not just trying to get a sale. She has forever customers with us and I have told all my friends and family to shop with her. We thank you for getting us into our new sectional, mattress and cute bar stools. Rob was great as well and we thank you both for making our experience with you all amazing.

Shayla was terrific
Shayla was terrific! Knew we wanted to see the clearance sofas and took us right there. Gave us space and time to search but was nearby when we got lost or had questions. Total bonus, we were able to take the couch right away—the manager even helped load it in our van!

Great customer service
Great customer service. This was our 2nd purchase in 3 months. Had an issue with our item and Paula and Rob went out of their way to rectify the situation. They gave us options and was resolved the next day. I can't thank them enough. Would definitely do business with them again. I am so grateful there are still people out there who are willing to help.

Great honest, and friendly service.
We stopped at the store on Union to look for a power recliner. We didnt see one in our price range and so the associate there mentioned the Raymour and Flanigan outlet.
We went there and purchased one at a reasonable price. We truly appreciated the referral to the other store. We did know on the one at Eastern Hills Mall.
