Raymour & Flanigan - Buffalo Walden Avenue Outlet Reviews 

It was very nice to walk into a furniture and not be hounded everywhere we went. We came in and was greeted by Scott, he asked if we knew what particular furniture we was looking for we told him living room and he showed us where all were and we was ready to let him know. Thank you Scott for being patient and letting us pick the right furniture for us.

I’ve been a Raymour & Flanagan customer for years but never in Buffalo or at an outlet store. Kristen was wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable but not pushy. She was also patient with me. Kudos to this store’s employee.

Brandon was nice and allowed us space but was available for questions when we needed him. Overall experience was pleasant and not painful as anticipated shopping for adult children for home gifts.

I always like shopping at Raymour and Flannigan, due to the large selection and sales.
We came to find a recliner couch. We ended up with a floor model with some damage, but we felt this was a good deal to get a better quality couch for a good price.
Elyse was our sales person, and she was great, showing us various options.
We always find something perfect for us.

Felt coerced into a warranty I did not want. Used delivery fee as a wedge to get me to buy the warranty.

Ordered 3 pieces. Specifically agreed at the store that I wouldn't be taking delivery until the end of March maybe mid-April. Pressured with texts and phone messages to pay in full and schedule delivery, though I am still not sure of when I can take delivery. The last contact was on Sunday. Made arrangements to be able to take delivery, even though it is inconvenient and not what I wanted to do, called today (Wednesday) and told it was sold to someone else, even though I have put a down payment on it.

Delivery was timely and crew was professional. Delivered and installed dining table.

Service was Great! Quick and efficient with out alot of the sales pitch fluff

Looking for a comfortable chair my father can enjoy not a BIG ask. Went to a local store in June was told they would advise on delivery date never heard from Ashley Furniture. July paid for a custom order chair to be delivered mid Sept. From a different store on Union across from Raymour when I called them to get ETA never started order. When I told David at Raymour and Flanigan what I wanted ( delivery time/ specifics etc) that is what I was shown for shopping choices! Oh so simple!

We liked what we saw, asked the sales rep for his card and came back 2 days later and made the purchase.
