Very good service

Prices were great and the salesman Benny was wonderful

We were in the market for a new dresser and night stand for a third bedroom that we rarely use. We are in the process of redoing all 3 of our bedrooms. We didn’t want to invest a ton of money. We were greeted at the front door by a very pleasant man named Jason. We explained what we wanted and he directed us to the appropriate areas. After a few minutes of browsing he can over and answered any questions that we had. We bought a few items and were extremely pleased with our experience. We have already told several friends about our experience and what a nice guy the salesperson was. We definitely will make this our first stop when we do our next room.

The salesman Akeem Long allowed me to look around without the pressure of purchasing and when I found the furniture I liked he went over all the options and helped me based on my concerns and needs. Excellent customer service and will be back.

They sent me from R&F to the outlet store for more options, and that’s where we found what we wanted. They even mentioned other competitors because what we were looking for wasn’t readily available. I appreciate that honesty.

Always so helpful with any weird situation I have. Helped over phone so I did not have to come in and let me pick up same day!

I didn't get what I order. The customer service sucked in the store. And there was missed communication between the store employees and the computer system.

Shopping for a couch was easy going into Raymour & Flanigan's. We were greeted as soon as we entered and told where to find everything. The salesman gave us time and space to roam the store but he checked on us in between sitting on different couches. The prices were great and it was just a matter of deciding which one to buy.

Sales person was listened to me about what items I was looking for and showed me those items. He was informative and patient which was important to me.

We knew what we wanted. The sales person Scott showed us where the items were that we wanted. When we were ready to purchase Scott explained everything to us. Including financing & the warranty.
