Terrible Customer Service and PURCHASED protection plan
I ordered a zero gravity recliner/sofa with heat and massage. However, the heat on one of the seats does not work. I had to send two "tickets" and finally place a call. Get this....I found out they ordered a part without talking to me or seeing the product. I am now at the mercy of the oversees supplier. It's almost comical of the treatment and customer service after they get their money - BTW purchased the platinum service plan Feel sorry for paying customers who do not have the plan. Maybe I'll get heat by mid summer when it's hot!!

It was very much like buying a car
It was very much like buying a car, with upselling after our decision was made and then having to go over the upsell items we declined with a manager again, and once again before we paid. We have purchased previously a few times with you and if this is how it’s going to be, I’d rather pay more to not be bothered while shopping and when we say no thank you respect that decision. Truly unfortunate.

Great place to buy Furniture
An associate greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in the door. We were informed of the current sales happening throughout the store and given the space to browse the showroom. The associate stayed nearby to answer questions but did not hover over us and was very helpful with providing functions and specs for the furniture we chose. The associate walked us through our entire purchase. It was a very enjoyable and seamless process. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for furniture.
