Always a great experience
I shop at Raymour and Flanigan alot due to their superior service
From the Philadelphia location on Columbus Blvd to now the Newark location. My whole house is furnished from Raymour. Sales Rep Daniel helped me out, he was very professional, attentive and provided superior customer service. I also like how well organized using the parts and labor plan is.

I started a chat about the product I was interested in. I received an immediate response and my questions were answered and than I was referred to a salesperson Michael Singleton who also responded promptly. Upon my arrival to the store I was greeted and met with Mike. He was the consummate professional pleasant and attentive. He answered my questions showed me the furniture I was interested in and several alternative pieces to compare. He left me while I did this which I appreciated. When he came back to check I gave him my selection. He than discussed delivery and added warranty. He walked me to checkout and even walked me to the door after my purchase and thanked me for coming in. I have to say it was one of my most pleasurable shopping experiences I have had. The showroom was beautiful with a great selection. I would highly recommend.

Outstanding Experience!
The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. We did not feel pressured, instead we felt supported. Lou was very knowledgeable about the furniture and showed us exactly what we were looking for in several different options (brands).
