Good salesperson Rich
Good salesperson Rich.
Kept his distance while we shopped and was very helpful when we decided what we wanted and answered all our questions.

We bought a couch a little less of a year. Something broke and they no longer sell the couch. They called us and we were able to go to the store and pick something else out. The woman that called us, told me she’d have everything sent to the store. It was done right away. We appreciated it!

Great customer service
CSR Hyatt was very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Though we didn't find exactly what we were looking for, the sectional we picked out will work great for our needs.

I'm glad we stopped here
This was our 3rd furniture store stop of the day. I appreciated that a salesperson didn't follow us around from the time we walked in the door. We had a few mintues to browse on our own and then when we needed help, someone was there immediately. Jay was super friendly and helpful. I'm glad we stopped here.

Thoroughly Disgusted Customer
i purchased the original sofa in June 2020. the sofa was reported damaged in July 2021. the technician came out and determined the furniture needed to be replaced. I was told someone would contact me that day or the next day. Did not happen. I called and was told the furniture I wanted replaced was no longer in the store and RF would need to contact the manufacturer. Someone would contact me when contact was made. I had to call again since no one called. I was told this time the furniture could take up to 12 weeks to come into the store. Early October I had to call, again. No one called. This time I was told the furniture could not be obtained from the manufacturer and I would have to re-select. Spoke with Sales Manager who was very nice in her demeanor and understood my frustration of not getting updates. I had to do the calling. Unacceptable. I had to speak to the store manager who only frustrated me more with what she could not do. I told her I did not feel I should have these 'inconveniences' thrust on me. I had the 5 yr. warranty. the color I was replacing was out of stock and 'may' be available by December 02nd. After Thanksgiving and before Christmas. My call to request service was in July. I was told I could not get a refund so I could purchase elsewhere. So now I'm FORCED to make a re-selection. My money should have been refunded. I chose a sofa close to the price I had paid in 2020. I told the Manager I did not feel I should pay the difference since I have been severely inconvenienced. The difference was about $50-60. The arrangement was made to not have an out of pocket expense. The gray color was in stock so I accepted it ONLY because the holidays are approaching and I did not need a broken sofa. It's funny. Before delivery, I received text messages of RF wanting to protect their staff and did I agree to wear a face mask? That was insulting to me. The text only took yes or no as a response. So why is it when the drivers arrived I HAD TO ASK THEM TO PUT ON THEIR MASKS more than once? Seriously????? I contacted the store manager about the warranty for the new sofa and was told there would be none. Why? Because the warranty was used up for the damaged furniture. Seriously???? So now, I have no warranty for this furniture. Remember the other sofa only lasted 13 months before it became damaged with normal wear and tear. I should have been offered another warranty for the re-select, even at a lower price. I am done with Raymour and Flanigan. Done, Done, Done. I purchased my dining room furniture from RF. I had to use my warranty for that, as well. The person putting the table together screwed the screw through the table. One more thing. I asked the store manager to have the warranty department contact me since she was not from that department and could not answer any of my questions. NO ONE HAS CALLED YET. I would like the warranty for my re-selection. I am thoroughly disgusted with RF and certainly will not be referring anyone. From July to October is totally unacceptable.

Mat was very polite and helpful. The only down side was that the 90 day cash deal was not what I remembered it being I the past and that was not Mat's doing.
