I purchased a livingroom set online and chatted with Jason Hicks for clarification and questions because I wanted to ship overseas. He was very helpful throughout the process so I didn't had to go back to my cart. He also applied a discount code. All I had to do was make the payment using the link he sent. Furniture never delivered & poor customer service
I ordered a TV console that they said would be delivered in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later they told me it would take another 2 weeks. Still not delivered and they said wait another 2 weeks. We’re now at 7 weeks. At 8 weeks, several reps said they would look into it and call me back. Got no call backs. Finally a rep said it was delivered to the wrong address 2 weeks after I purchased it and I would get a refund. It took 5 phone calls over 3 weeks to get a refund. I then ordered the identical console from Wayfair. It was $80 cheaper and delivered in 3 days. Wayfair is the way to go!

I bought the Delphine table with a leaf to extend the table for visitors:). Jason Hicks was absolutely amazing. He answered all of my questions and was just so helpful through the entire process. The delivery was excellent also. The team were on time and put the table together quickly. I would definitely buy more pieces of furniture from Raymour and Flanigan!
