Buying beds
Everything was good and clear with Garrett Welch, whom we had seen a few weeks earlier.
We do want to note the linguistic discrepancy and lack of clarity between the "protector" covers and the "protection" offered to the mattress. It's very badly worded.

Great purchase experience
Venice was extremely helpful. He was very familiar with the products and gave great recommendations. Someone else made the purchase at one store but the delivery is going to be a another location. He and his manager made arrangements for the delivery. The purchase was quick and easy.

was charged a second delivery charge…
was charged a second delivery charge which I think is unfair the quality of the furniture previously purchased was poor I already paid delivery on first set and would have kept that if the workmanship was of better quality

Extremely helpful to get in the chairs
Ordered online when I got home but Tara was incredibly helpful and I don't think I would of ordered with out her guidance.

Went to purchase a new mattress. Our sales associate Julie was very helpful and knowledgeable. She did a great job guiding us to make the best mattress choice for us with no pressure to make a purchase.
Delivery was great as well. We were notified of a time frame as to when the mattress would be delivered and then received a text message when the delivery was 5 minutes away. The delivery itself was quick and done professionally. Overall, excellent service from start to finish.

Sales people friendly and NOT pushy
