As an account holder
As an account holder, I came to your store to make a purchase, since I did not have my card, I asked sales person to look up my account to make purchase, I was told since I had not make a purchase in over 1 year, the store would have to run a credit check to make purchase. Whats the point of having a line of credit of over $8,000 if I cant use it??
