Great experience overall at the Massapequa Raymour & Flanigan. Walking into the store, being greeted by the manager and having a personal sales associate take you through all your needs. Andy was a amazing sales associate. He took care of everything, answered all my questions, and made this transition so easy and worth it. I was able to do a big purchase and furnish my entire apartment from the 2 bedrooms, to the living room, dining area, and kitchen in 1 store & 1 visit. Absolutely amazing and I will definitely be back. I recommend them 100%.

All around experience lacking
Salesman was not knowledgeable on how to operate recliners. On a few occasions, we had to summon him as he had walked off and was using his cell phone, and there was only one person that was able to finalize our purchase in the entire store.
