I received sofa that was cracked and damaged at the foot end. I called to furnishing consultant(MD Rahman) with in 30mint of delivery. But he said we can not take care of anything no exchange no returns all deals was final. No one explained me any exchange policy..they should take care of damage deliver item. That's company responsibility..what's customer fault..
