Our salesperson was clear, quick, and knew his stuff. We had previously had a R&F mattress, so we knew what we wanted. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Delivery 3 days later!! Terrific experience.

I recently visited Raymour & Flanigan and purchased three mattresses, and it was honestly the best shopping experience I’ve ever had. Kevin, the salesman, was extremely polite, patient, and truly understood our needs. He took the time to explain everything clearly and helped us choose exactly what worked best for our comfort and budget.

The manager was also very friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, the entire team provided excellent customer service from start to finish.

I highly recommend Raymour & Flanigan to anyone looking for a mattress or furniture. Exceptional service and a great experience overall!

We had a very helpful salesperson, Kevin, at the Norwalk Store who helped us with our purchase!

I walked in and spoke with Kevin, and he was able to help cancel an order and purchase a different piece of furniture with in minutes. It was a very easy transition and I even added the platinum coverage.

Had an issue with a sofa delivery. Oscar at the Norwalk location went above and beyond to get the issue resolved for me (literally same day). Truly the epitome of top quality customer service with a smile. Even though he was extremely busy and could have passed me along to someone else, he stuck with me and made sure I got what I wanted. I’m so happy we were able to get the issue sorted in such a timely and professional manner. Thank you Oscar!!!

I have been trying to have an issue with my sofa for many months. I spoke to the sales person several times, and having no result, I called store manager yesterday, as well as to customer satisfaction person - the matter hadn’t gone forward. I’m very disappointed.

I recently purchased a dining room set and David Fernandez helped me. He was very professional and patient. He knows furniture really well. Good at helping fill your space with the right pieces. He gave good options and glad I listened to him. If you go to Raymour, ask for David Fernandez!

Kettly was fantastic. I learned more about what kind of bed frame could work for my adjustable base in 5 minutes than in weeks of shopping at other furniture stores! She had so much experience and spoke with confidence which made me feel confident in purchasing. She was not pushy and that was huge for me. I was in contact with someone at a high end furniture store and this was so much of a better experience. I should have gone here first.

We were greeted by our salesperson, Chris, who was extremely courteous. He asked us what we were interested in and then proceeded to show us a selected variety for that item. He was quite knowledgeable and helped us narrow down our choice which we selected.
Chris was a wonderful example of what a salesperson should aspire to be!

Salesman Jean was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
I don’t agree with the delivery charge. I know $2,400 is not a tremendous amount of money but you would think there’s enough profit in there to cover delivery.
I’ll think twice before shopping there again.
