Salesman was great in explaining…
Salesman was great in explaining different mattress types, and features of each. We prurchased mattress and paid for it. Based on salesman recommendation, we also bought a mattress cover so we could return the mattress if it didn't work out. Invoice said, in effect, once product goes in your house, it is yours and not returnable (unless perhaps there is a defect). I brrought the mattress cover, unopened, back to the store, and was told it was not returnable "once it enters your house". I feel the salesman deliberately missled me into purchasing a nonreturnable item. Advice - read the red warning label carefully on the invoice and ask questions - do NOT rely on salesman or what you think is reasonable to return an item. Date of experience is approximate.

The salesman Amir was very helpful, he even took the time to moved a chair downstairs for us to see it next to the dining room table. They have a very good customer service.
