Salesman Jean was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
I don’t agree with the delivery charge. I know $2,400 is not a tremendous amount of money but you would think there’s enough profit in there to cover delivery.
I’ll think twice before shopping there again.

Kelly is AMAZING!
I have shopped at Raymour and Flanigan twice since moving to Norwalk 3 years ago. Both times my husband and I have used Kelly Gedeon as our sales rep. To say that she is INCREDIBLE is an understatement. She takes “above and beyond” to a whole new level. We ordered a couch in December in a custom fabric and waited two months to get it. When delivered, one piece of the couch was missing and customer service let us know that they had to reorder it and we’d have to wait again. My husband and I called Kelly and she was on it! She went to the Stratford warehouse to search for the piece herself and SHE FOUND IT! No reorder needed - she scheduled the shipment for us so we’d have all our pieces together within less than 1 week. I have never worked with a sales representative as amazing as her. Please give her a raise. She deserves it - she is the definition of taking pride in your work. Thanks, Kelly!

My salesman Renault Antoine was very knowledgeable about the product lines. He took his time, didn't rush me, and gave me advice when I was selecting a bedroom set and its components. I was very impressed with the way I was treated, and I told his manager this, and that I decided to buy some living room furniture, too. Later that night, I was still so impressed that I ordered two tables online.
