Very Disappointing Experience with Raymour & Flanigan
I had a very disappointing experience with Raymour & Flanigan. During delivery, the delivery team broke one rail of my bed. What should have been a simple fix turned into a long and frustrating process.
They scheduled four separate delivery attempts to fix or replace the broken part, but even after all that time, the bed is still not repaired. Each time, I had to stay home the entire day waiting for them, which caused a lot of inconvenience.
When I called the sales center where I purchased the bed, the customer service was also poor. They kept me waiting on the phone for a long time, repeatedly saying they were trying to find my account. There was no real help or clear communication.
This whole experience has been stressful and unprofessional. I expected much better service from a company like Raymour & Flanigan. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed and would not recommend them based on this experience.

Stay Far Away
Went into the store and ordered a sectional from Mo on Sunday, November 9th and scheduled the delivery for Thursday, November 20th.
On November 19th, the day before delivery, and Raymour and Flanigan called to confirm the delivery window 8-11am. My husband took off of work to be there for the delivery and disposed of our couch.
We received another call from the store at 1:30PM the same day to let us know that they only had 2 pieces of the couch available and that they would prefer not to send the couch in two separate deliveries, so they would not be delivering our couch until next Tuesday, November 25th.
When I called the store manager, Mematthew, he told us they would do us “a favor” by taking off $224 delivery fee to deliver the couch next Tuesday. I am not sure how this is a “favor” to us after the major inconvenience they have caused, especially after only letting us know about the situation the afternoon prior to delivery (after already having confirmed that the couch would be delivered on the 20th earlier that morning). Now my husband is missing an entire day of work and we are going to without a couch for almost a full week.
Matthew, said we would call me back within an hour to address this. That was 3 hours ago.
Unacceptable. Stay far away.

Excellent service from Mr. Malik, guided us through everything that we needed and answered all questions and even gave us more time when we needed to look around and select items .
