At the store I met a wonderful person, Victerlyg, he is very nice and was ready to answer all the questions i had. He was patient and ensure that my husband and I was comfortable with the item and prices before we made any decision. He was very easy to talk to... wonderful person with great manners!

I have to edit this review. AGAIN. Victerlyg was very helpful. After sales is really terrible!

The issue happened after the delivered dresser was damaged and it was on the inside so I didn’t notice it until after the delivery guys left. Then they scheduled the replacement on a Saturday, and when I called back there was no schedule, and this lady Sarah was insisting on a weekday even when I told her we’re all working and no one would be home to accept it. Sarah needs more training in handling an already irate customer.

Now this part has been resolved. I asked if I can have a different design instead since they are getting the damaged item anyway. And apparently, every sale is final. No returns, no exchanges. I didn’t know that’s allowed. And if I really wanted to exchange it, it will count against the insurance warranty or something that didn’t make sense to me.

Someone from R&F reached out to me and helped me with this situation. They agreed to let me choose a different design. I got asked to visit their store again and choose from their selection. A new piece was chosen, dates for delivery and pull out of the damaged dresser was set.

It would have been 5 stars if not for the side comment of the manager that “we’re doing this as a favor”. Isn’t that called customer service? You want me to change the review, give me what I’m requesting. I didn’t force them for the exchange, so I think that comment was unnecessary.

I express overall satisfaction with a product, service, and experience. The customer service representative was very pleasant and well informed.

Dale made my shopping experience seamless. I not only purchased a couch, but a chair and a half and an ottoman, because of Dale’s expertise.
It was truly a pleasure to work with a professional.
