Good customer service
I had a great experience because when I stepped in there was people willing and offering to help unlike to others retailers I have visited in the past that they pay no mind to you. Rainny was of a great help.

For the first time, I would like to say that customer service was great, and also friendly staff, so just keep it.

Very friendly and professional
I walked into the store and all the Sales Representative said hello. The only Sales Rep that ask did I need help was Jamel B. Jamel was very helpful and informative. Jamel let me know about all payment options that Raymour & Flanagan have. Jamel is the main reason I end up purchasing furniture while I was in the store. I will definitely send friends and family to that location.

Love the treatment 👌
We love the way we were treated my wife and I just finish working and were not properly dress we were in regular clothed shorts, tank top with a hoddie and crocs and the customer service was just phenomenal like if you were to come in all dresses up. Shad was an amazing gentleman and was able to get us approved for 1 year financing with 0% interests.
