My experience was good other than the delivery options not being accommodating. Delivery options should be more flexible provide people do work. Other than retired people or housewives, there is a population of customers who doesn't want to take vacation time just to be home for a delivery when the delivery window is so wide.

So Grateful!
My 87 year old mother lives alone and her memory declined rapidly over the span of a few weeks. We were able to find a memory care facility to take her in. The room is very small and she can't take any of her existing furniture there due to size. I went in to get her a full size bed and mattress. My salesman, Scott Patton, was absolutely amazing. He was genuinely concerned and so compassionate! I picked out her set, along with a nightstand. I even found a recliner chair for myself! I came back the next day to make the payment, and again, Scott was helpful and also asking questions about my mom's health (I had to take her to urgent care earlier in the day). We set everything up with the exception of the delivery because we didn't have a move in date yet. Within the week, we got more information and the delivery choices were extremely fast. My mom decided she needed a new power recliner/lift chair so I went back in. Scott remembered everything about mom and was asking how she was doing. He got me in and out quickly and was able to add the chair to the bed delivery. I also changed my mind about getting my own recliner delivered and I was shocked at how low the shipping cost was! I am looking forward to getting my new chair, and getting mom set up with her new comforts. I will absolutely go back again and was very impressed with how kind and helpful everyone was!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! I never received the delivery window. I called and no one could help me. It was literally up to the evening before the delivery and I still had no information about the delivery window. Inexcusable. I will never shop here again and I recommend others do the same.

Bad Product/Disrespectful Service
As a senior citizen, I purchased a $1300 recliner after having bought my original cozy recliner in 2007 from the same location.
After a month, and one service call, the chair is a nightmare. Speaking with the Manager of West Ridge was to no avail. I was mis-lead in the comfort of the chair, and the sales woman "not pulling it away from the wall AND it not being plugged in" was my fault according to the Store Manager; no compassion on his part. Very, very poor service. Bad attitude @ store level. They will not take it back. I have another $2500 I'd like to spend and I'd also like a new recliner. May have to go above the Store Manager.
