Omar, from the Seekonk location, was amazing. He never made me feel pressured and had a very friendly persona. On top of that, the delivery team did amazing! Great job!

I would have rather not have to enter the showroom when I make a purchase online. Why can't you just go to customer pickup instead of having to check in at the customer care desk? Making a purchase online is usually because you don't want to deal with the salesman experience right when you enter the store, so this defeats the purpose.

This review is regarding the service on repair request that Raymour & Flanigan provided.
I left a prior review complimenting Jeremy Pierce on his work in providing great skill and interest in selling us 3 rooms of furniture.

The Service side is not responsive or helpful. Upon inspecting the furniture after the delivery I contacted service by phone message and written message through the web site. I received no contact for 3 weeks so I finally had to bring in someone else to address the issue.

So make sure you inspect the furniture before the delivery crew leaves or you will be waiting and then waiting some more.

Emily was a huge help and showed me everything I needed to see. She was knowledgeable and not pushy, which I really appreciate! She’s an excellent salesperson!

Great staff to work with, knowledgeable, polite; helped us find just what we were looking for.

Our sales rep Steve P. was awesome. He didn't pressure us at all but was able to answer all of our questions and helped us find what I hope will be the perfect couch for our living room. The sectional couch we chose had so many options for configuration and fabrics so we were able to really maximize the space we have and I was able to look inside the cushions and see that the back cushions were much higher quality than my couch now that has loose fill inside them. The price seemed very reasonable given the size and quality of the couch we chose.

The salesmen was wonderful he was very patient with me. I would highly recommend him for a promotion he was very helpful.

Emily D. Was great and professional. A sofa I had in mind was not in the showroom but Emily knew the right match for the style I was looking for. In and out in 10 minutes! Excited for delivery day!

Sales representative was friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful to us. No sales pressure, and prices were reasonable and fair. The furniture (chairs) selection was great and we had no problem finding something that worked for us.

Richardo seem to be in a rush like he needed to leave the store, he’s a nice guy but his job isn’t his priority also weird how the store manager isn’t there on fridays or sundays

Jeremy was very helpful with finding furniture options for us based on the features we were looking for.

Dan was very helpful. We were able to get our living room set the same week.

We've been to R&F before and purchased. This time was the best. Our sales guy Jeremey Pierce was awesome. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable which made us relaxed and comfortable with our decision.

Kudos to the guy.
