Always had great service there…
Always had great service there recommend to everyone. I went in yesterday and explained i needed to get a recliner for someone getting out of the hospital. I explained i need it that day. He said there is no way that can happen as i have to wait til Tuesday. He really had no time to even check to see if I could take a floor model. He recommended i go to another outlet store. I went to Bob's down the street the manager let me take floor model. He wa very sympathetic to my situation. I will no more recommend this place. And that is sad because they have great inventory.

Our sales girl was exceptionally informative and pleasant! Her name is Jenibel and she works for the discount? Store in Warwick RI.
We visited the store on 3 or 4 occasions and met with her twice. She gave us 3 phone numbers to get in touch with her. We were very undecided and she was extremely patient. We would recommend her very highly to anyone shopping for furniture. Always a smile!
