Good Experience
Our salesman was very informative, while allowing us alone time to make our decision. They need more staff though. Two salesmen had to bounce between customers and answering phones. However, remained very attentive to us.

Robert the Expert!
The consultant, Robert, was great! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I work in sales so there’s nothing more annoying than feeling like you are being bombarded and oversold when walking into a store. He didn’t make me feel that way at all. I felt pressure free when making my decision with his expert advice. I say pressure free because of the level of comfort when being helped by him, but he still made sure that I fully understood the benefits of a better mattress, cover and warranty.

After purchasing living room set, I changed my mind. It was prior to delivery was scheduled. I picked out another set. The exchange was done quickly and the sales rep was extremely helpful. The delivery team was
on time and called just prior to arriving. They were very professional.

Robert Tront is one of your best consultants!
Robert Tront was considerate of my chronic pain and was determined to find the perfect mattress for my condition. He took time to show me some that would be good for me and explained everyone so I could make a good decision for the right one. He knows how to make a person happy with their order. He also was very personable to me and my husband making us comfortable through the whole episode.

Complete difference from the competition
We came in after a competitor messed up our delivery and it had started to snow. Needless to say, we were not in a great mood and needed something fast. Laura quickly put us at ease and helped get us into exactly what we were looking for. (At a lower cost out the door than the competitor even) and ensured we'd have our bed the next day. By 8AM the next day everything was delivered and setup. Laura was fantastic comparing our options and getting us all setup. We left with a smile on our face. If there are any bonus or personal accolades within Raymor and Flanigan Laura deserves it.
